Sunglass Hut

Went to buy a pair of sunglassesand Tony was amazing! He helped me pick out a pair, kept my daughter distracted so I could shop and also help my husband with the fit of his sunglasses. I would definitely come back to this again.

Loved shopping here. Awesome service. The sales person, Chelsea, was helpful and very very patient. I never thought I'd buy a high end pair of sunglasses, but I love them. I never once felt pressured to hurry, or to buy one brand or price range over another.Any friends ask where to get some good shades, I'm definitely sending them here.

The first visit wasn't a pleasant one for my partner, as I was next door grabbing popcorn before heading into the store to find aviators for myself. He ended up leaving unimpressed and I took my business elsewhere. Weeks later, my partner and I decided to try this store again looking for Christmas gifts. I waited outside to see how the experience would go for him. I don't know if it's because he's a white male, but both times the Asian employee watches him like a hawk ( hovering) or gets security to question why he's in the store.... Shopping?! However, I walk in with or without him and nobody is breathing down my neck. Absolutely absurd customer service!!

Whiteoaks Mall location is where you want to go. They're so helpful and good at what they do. All of them.Masonville location, not a chance. Totally different mindset of what it is to be helpful, attentive and accommodating to a customer. You know they'd prefer not to be there and it's you who's making them that way. Lol.

Chelsea was fantastic to deal with. She’s always been the one to help me out with a new pair of glasses. Dealing with her is very comfortable.

excellent experience my first time shopping at the store in white oaks mall. the 2 staff members were very proactive giving us a tablet while we waited outside the store due to covid capacity limits. I was able to see and choose some styles I wanted to try on. when I went inside finally, they quickly pulled the items and the staff members were so friendly and patient. would definitely shop here again and recommend to family and friends. it was very nice to interact with staff who, despite the stress of covid, were still personable, helpful and professional.

Chelsea was awesome!!! So helpful with my new pair, adjusted them, answered all my questions, even cleaned them for me!!! Will forever be buying my shades from her!! Wish I could give her more then 5stars!

Alicia was absolutely delightful helping me pick out the two most perfect pairs with no sales pressure at all. Will be back again.
