Excellent sausages! I love this place. The people are very polite and helpful. I do wish they would take credit cards, but understand that the fees can make that difficult for a small business. Be sure to bring cash or your debit card if you plan to shop there!

A great shopping experience from the best voice in the butcher business. Chris consistently provides high quality products to satisfy any need. Hit him up early for custom orders and definitely try the sausages he prepares in-house. If you want to throw an excellent barbecue this summer for family and friends, meat from CCC is a lock.An aside: Chris is a heckuva teacher, instructing at the the culinary school at Fanshawe.

We have been customers of Chris' Country Cuts for many years, from the time the shop was at Bellamere and ever since the move to Covent Garden Market. Great products, great prices, and great customer service. Staff and Chris are friendly and very accommodating. We truly appreciate the home delivery option introduced since COVID-19 restrictions.

Tired them 3 times. First time was good, was out of the display. 2nd time the sausage had a funky smell and looked off -- I noticed he grabbed sausage that wasn't in the display but didn't think much of it at the time. 3rd time I grabbed the pre-packaged ones. Bad smell and looked off again. Obviously, not going back.

Meat is good,But customer service is lacking.Read another review also had the same problem I go to a asian butcher and would ask him to cut the pork ribs I cut because they come from a culture where certain dishes require the ribs to be cut a certain way. Not just thrown on the rack like the north American way. And was given a dismissive look and said go home and cut them your self. Also was the owner who told me this. If people are paying your rent you should treat then a little better. It's not like they are the only show in town.

I've been a customer of Chris's for over 10 years now, and this is definitely the best place to buy meat in London. His dry-aged steaks are significantly better than what you can buy elsewhere! Chris and his team are also great at accommodating special requests, and offering advice on cooking and sizing. Their sausages (made in house) are also excellent and very reasonably priced.I would recommend this shop to anyone, be they a novice home cook or an experienced professional chef.

A long standing business in the convent Garden market. A nice location and friendly staff. I was able to find harder than normal to find cuts of meat that were inexpensive.Definately a place to check out and see what they have to offer

Paid 25$ for a tenderloin steak, when I opened the package at home a REALLY pungent!!! Rotten smell right out of it, like Parmesan cheese gone bad !! Slimy and brown on inside, looks like it was rolled on blood to make look fresh!! I’ve been literally robbed!!!!! Coming back tomorrow hopefully same employee is still there. I really want my money backUpdate :Came back next day and was happy with the help. I got the meat replaced and happy about it!

Chris' Country Cuts meats are the best I've ever tasted. And so reasonably priced. AND delivered to my north London home. You get exactly the cuts you want, in exactly the quantity you want and packaged how you want. I don't think I could ever go back to the supermarket for meat again.
