I had a tree to be removed in a horrible location in my backyard. I met with Jeff and he provided me a great price to have it removed. I was concerned about potential damages to my neighbors and my own property due to the size of the tree , however Jeff and his team safely cut it down in sections and did an outstanding job. I had Jeff grind a stump for me a few years ago. I now had two very tall Birch that were slowly dying and dropping large branches on my lawn. I asked Jeff for a price to cut them down and take all the debris away. These trees were right beside two neighbors fences and sheds. Jeff climbed these huge trees and took them down in sections safely avoiding damage to either neighbors property. He came when promised and cleaned up the work area very well. All this and for the lowest price of three quotes I had. Jeff's son Adan was indispensable in seeing that his dad had all the help he needed. I absolutely recommend Arbormac Tree care. We enlisted Arbormac on the recommendation of our son, who was very pleased with the work done for him a couple of years ago. Our work comprised major pruning of one tree. When inclement weather prevented Jeff and his crew coming yesterday, he texted me first thing in the morning, which meant we didn’t sit around all day wondering where he was….much appreciated. They worked throughout this morning and were finished by just after noon hour. We are very pleased with the work per se and especially the cleanup….you would never know they had been here. Friendly, pleasant people. And finally, the price was quite reasonable, consistent with what we had expected it would be.We highly recommend Arbormac.

Wow. A good tree guy is hard to find. Not any more! Jeff is the best. The quoted price was great and the service fantastic ~ especially the clean up. Simply amazing. I have hired Jeff twice in the past two years for removing a large cedar hedge, cabling a large maple and today for pruning that same maple. He know his trees and is excellent at what he does. He is very professional with very reasonable rates and as others have said, cleans the property after, you would never know he had been there. This afternoon's severe thunderstorm caused some damage at my neighborhood. A big one blocked the road completely closed to my house. And there were other two big pine trees fell on my lawn. Two young guy being called to remove the other two trees on my street for another family. They came along and asked whether it needed a help. I was still in a short and busy cleaning up small branches all over the driveway, didn't remember their names.The big tree blocked the road belongs to city. I submitted the request to city right after I saw it, but the city probably was too busy to handle all accidents today. Arbormac tree guys just came volunteered to cut down the tree blocked the road entirely, moved them to the side walk with no charge at all.And they offered me a very reasonable price to cut down the two trees on my lawn. Even my son said they were such nice guys. The price was very reasonable, the service was very fast and professional.I said it to my friends and neighbors today, I was very lucky to meet the Arbormac tree service. I was looking to have two trees cut down with the trunks and branches cut down into manageable fire wood size. I had multiple quotes from a number of companies and chose Arbormac for a number of reasons.1- Jeff showed up on time to assess the trees and discuss what I wanted done. He was understanding and provided a verbal quote and told me he'd email me a digital copy of the quote a little later that evening, which he did. Which was a good indication on the level of customer service Arbormac provides. (For example- The first company that assessed the job earlier in the day said they'd provide me with a quote that night and I didn't get the quote until 5 days later...after the job was already done)2- Jeff's quote that was provided via email was detailed with a break down of the work being done to each tree and the cost per tree. Some other quotes I had received weren't as specific/detailed.3- The price was extremely reasonable! With my wanting the wood left on site for firewood was taken into consideration. Some of the quotes I received from other companies said me keeping the wood wouldn't make a difference in price and that the price includes removal regardless of whether or not I kept the wood.4- Upon deciding to use Arbormac, Jeff and I were in constant, timely communication to set up a time for him to come and do the work.5- When it came to the day for the work to be conducted, Jeff and his crew arrived at the EXACT time agreed upon, and had both trees down and cut down into firewood logs in slightly over an hour!Needless to say, the timely, consistent customer service I received from Jeff sets the gold standard of how a business should handle customer service. The quality of work mirrors the standard of the customer service Jeff and Arbormac provides! Rest assured, if I have any future arborist needs, Arbormac will be my first call!
