Could have been a normal experience!!!!!, the staff manning the shop alone seemed stressed, displeased to assist with information about thickness of the material , compounds the material was made from, etc .She would barge into talking prior to hearing any request for product related info, suggesting clients need to know more AND that she was from the industry past 15years.Rude was the next level of experience, while we waited in hope she was digging up a sample from the catalogue file . She ended up saying that she was searching for a something" for another customer .Smile )))) the shop was empty. She must have been having a bad day .There are more carpet shops we would need to visit to find materials for our project."

I just took possession of my own condo which is 17 years old and in need of some updating. I came into the store about 2 months back. Rica assisted my mom and I in picking out some flooring for my condo. Her knowledge, customer service, and willingness to help was amazing. I then had the flooring installed by the company that End of the Roll contracts out to, Windmill Flooring. The 3 young men who installed my flooring were hard workers and they did an incredible job. All in all, I am extremely impressed with the service I received from start to finish. And I am absolutely in love with my new flooring! It makes such a huge difference in how the condo looks. Thank you to you and your team for your work! I will recommend your services in the future :)

I couldn’t be happier and I am not sure I have ever been so happy and excited about flooring. The installer, Sean, was thoughtful and definitely went the extra mile. I am so excited that Ruth has joined the team at End of the Roll in Abbotsford. We are expecting to do another renovation at in the future, and because Ruth is now at End of the Roll, I will definately be going there. It's a pleasure working with you Ruth.

I needed staples so I could install my own carpet on my stairs on a Saturday so all flooring supply stores were already closed. I reached out to end of the roll abbotsford to see if they had the special staples to fit my electric stapler as a last resort after i had already gone to home depot, lowes, and kms tools. The rep at End of the roll assured me over the phone they had the staples I needed. I was so excited that i would actually be able to install my carpet and have a beautiful new set of stairs by the end of the day. When i asked how much the staples cost, they told me 35$ for a box. When I asked why it was so high when I could get them from any other flooring supply store on a weekday for between 12 and 15$ they told me their cost was just too high and assured me this was reasonable. When I asked one final time if they could sell them for anything under triple the normal price, they laughed and said no (12 x 3 = 36 and I think we all know I would be paying tax on top of that 35$). Very disappointed that a company who had the one product to solve my flooring problem chose to capitalize on the fact that all the other stores were closed because it was a weekend and triple the price on someone who could potentially bring them other clients and even boast of their amazing service regardless of how small the problem was...but that isn't the case. Instead, they chose to scoff at me and jack up the price 3x even after I brought the lower price to their attention.Please do better, end of the roll abbotsford.

Spectacular customer service, better prices.We had a very short window to get carpet installed. These guys had measured, cut, installed well within the time frame. They blew the other quote out of the water at the same time. Great people, great service. Installer was on-time and helpful the two days he was in. Over and above expectations. Happy to deal with these guys again for our flooring. Thank you!
