I always take my items with special care instructions to Brio Cleaners in Bellingham. It’s always a great experience - I can trust them with my clothing, their location is extremely clean, and my clothing items always look great when I get them back. Recently, I picked up an item and it was nicely folded and wrapped in a cute paper bag and tied with a bow. This was a nice touch!

Amazing service. Hand washing of 30-year old wool and leather hats that were in cold, damp storage and had mold. They were restored to their original condition. Wearing them with pride! And everyone was positive and helpful and gave me their time. It was a great experience!

We LOVE Brio Laundry and the Dry Cleaners too! We take our dog beds in regularly and whenever we need an extra big machine for comforters too. The staff is always super helpful and kind. It so nice to have a laundry we can zip in and drop off our stuff and know it's going to be well cared for and come out looking great. Thanks Brio!

They cleaned my Mother-of-the-Bride $250 formal gown and destroyed it. No way to salvage the dress. I had to go buy a replacement on short notice. All they did was give me back $35. Definitely not an even exchange!

I have gone here several times for dry cleaning, and they have always done a fantastic job. This morning, I needed a dress shirt ironed on short notice. While the team was certainly busy, they made time for my last-minute request. I appreciate the staff’s help and will definitely continue using their services. Highly recommend!

I love this place. The one thing that would make it practically perfect in every way is if they set aside a couple washers/dryers that were restricted to unscented laundry products. I would go so far as paying extra for the option to reserve time on those machines of that was an option. I always do an extra rinse, but it doesn't do much good if I end up using a dryer where scented dryer sheets have been used.
