The owner knows me as Luke" my middle name. I have had nothing but positive experiences interacting with management here. Prices seem quite fair for the industry and I actually got a slightly larger unit than the advertised space (it was advertised as a 5x5 or something it was more like 8x7). The owner is friendly and quite transparent with what the costs will be and how the business is operated and I had no issues with the security of the unit in the 2 1/2 - 3 months I had stuff stored while moving. I also had no issues with bugs or moisture getting into my things (although I was leery on storing electronics with the fluctuating temperatures and humidity I don't think anyone should store electronics). The couple times I did need to contact the owner (for information or regarding extending the term) he was polite friendly and quick to obtain the information I requested. If you need a storage facility don't hesitate to contact baseline storage

We rented a unit at Baseline Storage a year ago when my father sold his house. The staff our friendly, knowledgable, and easy to get in contact with. The property is well maintained, safe, and secure. Will continue to rent here as the price is reasonable, there are no hidden fees, and the staff is so helpful. I highly recommend renting from Baseline Storage.

BASELINE Storage was recommended by my real estate agent Marlene Boyle-she told me they were clean and reasonably price and I would be happy with them. She was right they were able to get me unit on short notice very clean and the price was considerably cheaper than other storage facilities.
