Vacuflo Calgary

Not sure what these guys even do but based on how they drive their company van I would never even think of hiring them.

Vacuflo Calgary is the absolute worst! I am done with these guys. I just spent 80 dollars getting my vacuum head repaired, and when I go to vacuum my house today, it won't connect! What a waste of 80 dollars and having to wait over a week to have the wrong part put on, great.In 2012, we had an issue with our system, there was no suction. We had a repair man come in. He did a little fiddling around and sure a little suction came back, so he left. Did not fix the problem. I called back saying we still have an issue, there is not enough suction to vacuum the house, your repair man did nothing. So they booked another appointment. After having them cancel the appointment THEY made 2 times, a repair man finally showed up again. He noticed that who ever installed the vacuflo system in our house did it incorrectly, as they vented it through our bathroom vent. Not supposed to do that! We wondered why that bathroom was dustier than the others, now we knew why. Vacuflo tried to blame the installation on us, and kept saying they wouldn't install that way, but after finding our original receipt and finding us in their system, we proved it was their fault. So we had to book another appointment, because the guy who came couldn't repair things, great. Vacuflo cancelled another appointment, making me wait even more. So finally after weeks and days of no vacuum in the house, they finally properly vented and I hope fixed the issue. Vacuflo Calgary is such a pain to deal with. These guys are terrible at repairs and customer service.I don't know about you, but I like to keep my house clean and that requires vacuuming. When a vacuum stops working, this isn't something that can take forever to get fixed, it needs to be fixed ASAP. Take responsibility Vacuflo and do your job and do it effectively.

My experience at the Vacu-Flo store was great! I was anticipating having to purchase a new system as our power unit and attachments were damaged and incurring the cost for replacing a new system. However after having the unit looked at they were able repair the system at a fraction of the cost! The service technician provided me with excellent customer service and I will definitely refer our friends and family to this location! Thanks!!

Great system! Lots of power and convenience, BUT the service call charges are astronomical! Over $200 for less than one hour trying to find a clog in the system! Make sure you don't go closer than 6 in. to anything you don't want to suck up!

WOW! Not only was I very, very impressed with the customer service I received this week when speaking to and in store, but I just vacuumed the entire main floor with my cleaned central vacuum head, and replaced attachments and I'm pumped! I literally just used it and remember I need to leave a review because I don't always find such great customer service in 2020 around Calgary. So a huge THANK YOU very much Kelly for your help in finding a solution for my Kenmore Central Vacuum from the 90s! When we purchased our home in Irricana, it came with this CV that just needed so TLC (some replacement parts and a replacement hose) and Kelly was super helpful and found the best affordable solution for my husband and I as first time home owners! Today while cleaning the vacuum head nearly pulled me across the floor it is now working so well! Thank you and I will be recommending Vacuflo to my friends and family and will come back for any of my vacuum needs! Thanks for being rockstars and being super helpful during these crazy (Covid 19) times we are all going through!

I have called there a couple of times and the guy has always giving me great advice and service. I went there once with a broken wheel on the vacum’s head and got out with a used one problem solved. Did not try to upsell me but rather save me money. I will go back once is time to replace my old vacuflow

Do not support this business. In the month of February I tried 3 times to drop in and pick up vacuum bags for my central vac system. All 3 times I arrived after 4pm but before 4:30pm. All 3 times I arrived to find they had closed early (they were listed as open until 5pm)Then I went to Alberta Vacuum experts to find that they had the exact same vacuum bags I had been buying for years for literally HALF the price!Not only do they close early without notice their prices are CRAZY! Do yourself a favour and go to Alberta Vacuum exchange instead.

Needed a belt got in a few days which was nice. Only problem was picking up the part, I am in a wheelchair. Front door not accessible which was very disappointing. Vacuflo has been at this location for over 20 years and the landlord and leaseholder have done nothing to rectify, very frustrating. When they have lots of room to make a sloped entrance. Only reason for lower rating is for it's lack of accessibility not for its service.
