Went in this morning and found the staff to be extremely polite and happy to help, went above and beyond to assist me with what I needed. definitely recommend this location, and will be happy to go back for any needs.

I had an increase on my Telus mobility bill and did not know why. Tried live chatting that was unsuccessful. I called Vegreville Telus spoke to Patricia helped me solve my problem, all over the phone. Fantastic service would highly recommend this business. Customer service is wonderful.

The lady who works here has 0 customer service skills. Very rude. Does not let your get a word in when trying to confirm what product you want. Then has the nerve to say I don't need you on the phone. She is bad business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I contact Vegreville Telus last week to purchase two phones for business purposes. The sales lady on the phone had zero personality and agreed on throwing the glass cover in. I sent in the owner of the company I work for to pick up the phones and they completely disregarded the glass cover for free, (But gave 10%) charged me 45.00 activation fee for both phones (I have had many of those waved because we are a longtime customer). Then Charged GST on the phone (Which was not explained to me when I was on the phone initially.) Poor Service, Poor Management. When talking with the owner, she has zero customer service skills not even an apology, just said that I could return my phone. Didn't even offer a credit.

Best service I have received in a long time.. staff were able to make accommodations for me and my needs. They were able to answer all of my questions and give me suggestions to make my business run smoothly. I will definitely be returning here even if it is a 2 hour drive one way for me to get here.
