A member of my family recently became type 1 diabetic and everyone at Shelbourne Heart have been nothing short of amazing. Helping me to get the right equipment, explaining pharmacare, empathizing, and suggesting supports etc. Best pharmacy for diabetes management, hands down.

Got my COVID test done here this morning to be able to travel internationally, and although they raised the cost (~ from 250 to 300 CDN likely due to high demand), they always seem to provide exceptionally friendly service. I appreciate the clear directives and how eager they are to help you, either on the phone or in the pharmacy.Will be coming back before my next trip!

After almost four years of dealing with Herat Pharmacy - Shelbourne, I can confirm that the place and its staff are among the best pharmacies I have dealt with, if not the best in many respects.Firstly, from a professional point of view, the staff have the competencies that enable them to work very professionally, and every time I turn to them to ask about any request, I always find them knowledgeable, competent, and in high performance.Secondly, in human terms, the staff are very kind, and my experience with them went beyond the limits of friendly treatment to my feeling that I feel at home and with my family. For example, when my wife and I were infected with Covid-19, and we could not go to the pharmacy to get our medicines, they offered to deliver the medicines to my house, but unfortunately, they did not find anyone to deliver them, so I was surprised by the presence of Pharmacist, Shirin Safari herself to the house to bring us the medicines without even mention her name. I am grateful to her and all the staff of Heart Pharmacy- Shelbourne.Moreover, I want to thank everybody and wish them all the best.

Best pharmacy in town! The pharmacist is super helpful and has a great attitude. The staff are always lovely too. My son loves going in because they remember his name and that makes him feel important. Keep up the great work!

Such great service and help. The pharmacist and the team was just so kind. My grandma was visiting and needed some extra medications as she didn't have enough and she went above and beyond to help her out. Very impressed and now want to switch my prescriptions to here, as they are so caring and truly do show that they are there for the community. Thank you so much!

My experience with the Shelbourne branch of Hart Pharmacy goes back several years, and I have nothing but praise for the pharmacists and other staff, all of whom are competent, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Never has there been any confusion over a prescription, and the pharmacists have always been very thorough in discussing the pros and cons of drugs new to us. A resounding “thumbs up” from us!

This is the best pharmacy hands down. The pharmacist goes above and beyond for his clients, loves kids, and is really empathetic and caring. I've never had a better experience with a pharmacy. Knowledgable staff, and after a couple visits they remember who you are by name.., they even deliver! Highly recommended.

I'd never been here before, but I had my booster shot here today. It was like being in a small-town pharmacy. The staff was warm and welcoming, knowing customers' names and saying hello to their kids. They were very patient, directing me and every other person who was there for their shot into the appropriate line... I'm sure it must get old for them! And Luis, who did my vaccination, was cheerful and a great conversationalist!

This heart Pharmacy was always there for my mother who lived nearby and had such good kind service from them. Now I am using it to fill my RX and really appreciate the advice and good service. This is a special place, much better then the big box Pharmacies. In a mall if you care to shop for groceries while waiting. They are also delivering right now during the Pandemic.

Phoned in a prescription refill four hours before I went to pick it up. It was not ready. I was told that it would take 10 minutes. Only to be then told half an hour later that they didn’t even have the supplies. I transferred my prescription needless to say.
