Very bad and unprofessional customer service, the person working behind the counter spoke so quietly and I couldn't hear her behind the glass. Ask her the same question again then she started speaking to me as if I am a child after that she started to mumble some nonsence in her Jamacian tongue and then told me if I not like the service I should leave. If she does't like her job then she should QUIT!!

The worse service. There’s a lady that works there with a Jamaican accent. Her customer service is poor. Her management team should look into her behaviour. Do not go there for any business.I feel really bad that people have to deal with a women that’s incompetent.

Worst service and probably conning customers with wrong information. They say they will charge 3.75 but don't mention if it's percentage or dollar. There are other who can encash cheque with better rates. Avoid this place !!!!Edit - How much more information you need? The person did not mentioned percentage and should have done it. It took 1-2hrs to encash the cheque. Seriously is this what is called service. If you are really eager then get my name and address from the location and reachout to me via phone or mail me. I will eagerly provider you with details.

My experience today was excellent. And the customer service provided by Tanika was exceptional. She was very professional and her energy was amazing. Especially when things are stressful and coming to get a loan isn't the funnest thing to be doing. Money Mart and the service Tanika provided by far deserves 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!-Ryan Ocampo

Money mart is terrible, I don't recommend anyone to take out any installment loans, they will continue to take money from your account after you pay the loan off in full and not return the funds or only try to pay half the money back. When calling the head office after being on hold for 45 mins these people that work there hang up on customers numerous times this has happened to me.

Visited money mart today around 2:30pm and the service was horrible from the worker there. Normally the service is good but not today. She was very unprofessional and she even said she couldn't deal with this today.. I remained polite and very quiet but I was totally upset. She kept asking me questions in a low voice and when I answered her she would shake her head with an attitude asking me the question again... If I go back there and she is rude the next time I will be calling her out on it.!

Visted money mart on the 26th of August. Was assisted by Tanaka, she was very professional and explained the process of taking out a loan as well as the different loans. Very helpful!!!
