I’ve never in my life been more impressed with the courtesy and care provided to my child. Thank you for making a generally scary experience so much easier for both our daughter and ourselves. I couldn’t say enough positive things about this clinic.

Absolutely the best dental experience from start to finish! The staff really loves kids and does their best to ensure a positive experience in every aspect. So happy with the thorough and cheerful care we received.

These guys were so amazing for my son's first visit. Just had a little look around and check to see his little baby teeth were good and get him used to the dentist.

Dr. Palmer and staff (I’m so sorry I forgot everyone’s names) were absolutely wonderful with my son. They were very patient with him and developed a level of trust that I hope will lead to future visits into adulthood with less anxiety. My son wasn’t able to tolerate everything but we were able to get a temporary solution and he should be much better equipped to deal with his anxiety around going to the dentist at his next visit in the near future. A really wonderful experience overall. I’m really pleased with everyone at the office taking time in a busy practice to give children and their families education, coping strategies and other techniques to develop healthy habits that will help them the rest of their lives.

Such an amazing experience for us. My son is 5 on the spectrum and non verbal. The staff were great at communicating with me what to do and expect through the visit. I am extremely impressed and look forward to this journey.

My 3 yo had his first dentist appointment today and it couldn’t have gone better! They were so good with kids and were super patient with my son!

The team took fantastic care of my 4.5 year old during his fillings and crown! Lots of explaining, supporting, and care to ensure he was calm, comfortable and able to receive top level treatment without getting scared. I am extremely happy to keep bringing him here, to any of the team, and only wish they didn’t book up so far down the road. But when I called to look for an earlier appointment time because he wasn’t feeling good anymore with those teeth, they were able to find one sooner! Well worth the wait for such top service and experience. Thanks again to everyone there at the Sherwood Park location.

I have been taking my daughter to this place and liked the care I've been getting up until my recent visit. The dentist told me my 3 year old daughter has more than 10+ cavities and she needs to be on general anesthesia and no options provided. I asked for more options but they insisted that I go with the anesthesia option and have 8 crowns on most of her teeth with cavity with no good explanation of how severe her cavities are or why its necessary - because they don't have x-rays to confirm if she has cavities or not. Also I take my daughter to check ups every 6 months and she gets daily flossing and brushing with no unhealthy eating habits. I wish there is some consideration and empathy from the doctor and the team and patience around children and not forcing to one option to grab money out of parents. I'm taking my child to a different dentistry with competent and caring doctors.
