I had a wonderful experience with Granit Design" and their associate/installer - Tyler. I was impressed with his down to earth demeanor

I am very impressed with the work done in my pantry by Granit Design. The team that came to complete the installation was extremely professional and performed a superb job. The seam is invisible and the countertop is a dream. The sales team was also very patient with me and made the whole experience truly excellent. Thank you! I will certainly use Granit Design for the renovations of my two bathrooms next year.

We feel like we dodged a bullet. We canceled after being treated horribly by this company. The person who came to measure prior to installation was obnoxious and rude. Blatantly ignoring us when talked to and swearing when asked questions. He asked for our credit card information despite the fact that we purchased through Home Depot. The installation date was cancelled because they made a significant error in our quote (see designer who measured) which was eventually repaired. They decided that the best course of action was to simply blame Home Depot (who were awesome btw). When it came to accountability, we were told that we were “Home Depot’s customer”, and therefore they accepted no responsibility for the situation. However, note that they were more than happy to take our credit card information on site (again, see designer who measured), which feels like we were their customer. We were invited to cancel our order, a position they are clearly used to being in. Beware of this company.Feb 13th, 2023. RESPONSE:As much as we appreciate the time it took to provide a response, we are disheartened by the fact that a company with over 25 years in service has chosen to shift responsibility to their partner. In this case, We can provide assurance, that Home Depot acted in both a professional and courteous manner. Additionally, we visited with the Home Depot team to review the entire transaction and provided a complete account of our experience with your firm. Assuming Home Depot made the accounting error, no correspondence was received regarding the payment following measurements, and no communication occurred to assist in mitigating the change. The level of customer service was appalling. Given the fact that you are a company with 25 years in the business, one would assume your values, beliefs and mission would place customer service at the top of your priorities. However, it's quite clear, that your leadership lacks the ability to impart the qualities that would ensure a further 25 years of success

The installer Andrew Belanger and his partner were very professional. I’m more than satisfied with their work. The only downside there was Granite Design was suppose put a wooden insert on the underside of the elevated section so the support legs could be screwed to it. This was not done but the installer glued that section to the support legs. Need to follow up if we paid extra for that insert. All in all very pleased with the look of our new countersUpdate: I've received a credit for the wooden insert that wasn't install at their facility through Home Depot where we purchased the counter, this was the only issue with the counter purchase. Would buy from them again counter top are beautiful and fit perfectly.

Initially I was apprehensive after seeing the reviews on here. To be honest we did has some small issues during the installation. Namely the wrong peice was cut twice. Other than that, the field crews were amazing. The quality of the counter tops are amazing. I even received a call today from a representative apologizing for the issue. Overall I'd still contact Granit Design for work again tomorrow. Some people you just can't please no matter how hard you try. At least they call and realize they need improvement. That counts for quite a lot in my mind. Thanks Granit Design.

Granit Design did the unexpected (and these days, impossible): they showed up when they said they would, they offered me options, they provided valuable advice (re: plumbers and when to engage them, how to re-attach my dishwasher without damaging the new countertop) and delivered a product that looked far better than I imagined!I would recommend them to anyone!

Thank you Andrew, Felix-Antoine and Jean-Sebastien for your outstanding workmanship. Not only did they take their time to perfect installation of our new countertops but they also took the time to inform and educate us on every detail. Thank you again to you all!
