I got the big package because I have a huge appetite.Incorrect quantity of food was delivered many times. Initially it happened once or twice and then it started going on and even after reporting it, nobody cared to even send me more food for the times they missed. I was not keeping well and I didn't have enough food to eat.2 days they didn't even provide my tiffin and the owner or whoever promised to provide and when no food came for the next 2 days he stopped responding to my messages. Stop stealing people's hard earned money!Everytime the food leaks and ruins the roti by making it soggy, again no compensation for anything or even a sorry for that. I tried bearing with this the 1st month and gave them another chance, but they like taking people for granted.Stay away from these people!

Terrible customer service. Canceled before it’s started. If you go to Uber if you go to Domino’s if even choose any other Tiffin Service they delivered straight to your door you pay for the service why would you do halfway?Anyway you telling your customers you don’t care shows shows volumes I guess that means also for your food. Thank you for the great customer service…NOT

I have registered a tiffin with them for a month and suddenly today morning I did not receive my tiffin, which I normally receive by 8:30 am everyday. It is 3:00 PM just now and they have still not replied whether I will receive it or not today. And they are not even informing on call or message. Very very unprofessional !!!
