Impeccable customer service. Not that many options, but they make up for it with the service!

I came back to take the ring of my husband. There were 3 customers before me. Non of the staff talked to me during 30minutes, even say hello or eyes contact. I feel it is not professional and friendly. Maybe the owner should spend more time to training about customers service. Maybe it depends on who I am so they can treat me nicely or not. I don't know. Just give an idea. And please don't ask me to send an email for customers services or something. When some customers (not only one) said something about the service, it's mean there is a problem. So, hope that you can improve, put a smile on your face, eyes contact or say hi to customers enter to the store, that will make something positive vibes of the store.
