If I could give this place zero stars I would. You call no one answers. When someone actually answers you ask them if a doctor can call for an apt they say yes and you don’t get a call back from the doctor at all waiting for hours for nothing this has happened to me for the THIRD TIME! When all I needed was a refill for my blue inhaler as I told them I really needed it it’s my third day and I still have no inhaler from them. I called to cancel my actual appt I had next week to find out they never actually put it in their system what a joke this place is. I’m never coming to this doctors office ever again making me chase them for a medication I really need something so simple just a huge run around I would not suggest this place to anybody ever worst experience of my life.

Reception needs to get their house in order, they told me Dr going to call in the afternoon, I never received a call from Doctor. Then I call this morning they told me the Dr going to call 2-3, no call so far. Can someone please call me. Thank you

It's been a very pleasant experience staff was friendly and pleasant. I was Dr. Nwalusis patient when he 1st set up practice at the University of Regina was one of the best Dr's I ever dealt with. I found him to be through and didn't push pills and he actually tool the time to listen and would refer you to specialists to get results. Now that he's leaving his practice in Regina it's a great loss as he was so amazing. All the best to you and your family in Edmonton.

Dr . D is a no , seen him as a walk in and he has no advice for me for what I was dealing with , I recommend seeing someone else. the other thing is one of the receptionist NEVER answers the phone called 5 times no answer , beyond frustrating ! I had to go In because no one would pick up the phone , it wasn’t even busy today ! It’s not hard to just pick up and tell the caller to hold !UPDATE : called twice this morning October 31st and AGAIN no answer! I can’t just go to the clinic everytime your staff doesn’t do their job !

Wow I encounter the worst reception here I see that there was past complaints, that I wonder if its a internal issue where they can't let her go her easily.

Worst doctor ever Dr. Dirie and doesn't know how to talk to the patients. I had a last ever visit at this place today. Will never go to this doctor again. Don't waste your time with this doctor. Honestly, I will never ever suggest anyone to go to him because he always says I am not a specialist and would take your concern really lightly and will barely suggest anything. Also, his arragance is just unbearable. The way he talk to me today is unacceptable. He doesn't know how to deal with patients problems. A confused doctor

Nobody answers the phones! I have an appointment for the next day and I called 9 separate times through out the day to cancel.

Reception was an interesting vibe. Dr didn’t help me in anyway. I wanted a lymph node checked that was changing sizes and he didn’t even touch it, just told me it’s fine. Wanted to be screened for ADHD and was told to go to the school social worker. He was a nice enough guy, just not very helpful.

Worst clinic ever. I called them like continuously for 3-4 days asking about my Xray report and they were like we didn’t receive it. But when i called to xray clinic they told me we sent it a week ago. And now they’re not picking my calls.. no call back from doctor.. nothing.. worst service for walk-in patients. I wanna give 0 star if possible

I cannot say enough great things about the people and the service I've gotten here.Dr. Vitelar is amazing. She actually wants to get to the root of the problem rather than just throwing medication at us. I am so grateful for her.The office staff is so friendly and helpful, they work extremely hard and are integral to the success of this location.The blood work nurse, Shawna, is an absolute delight as well. Extremely friendly, she never made fun of me when I was scared of the needles. Super awesome.If you're lucky enough to get in to Dr. Vitelar -OR- any of the other Doctor's here, be grateful! They're all awesome!
