I cannot express how phenomenal my experience with Roman was when purchasing my fiancé's engagement ring. After speaking with him for 5 minutes I knew I didn't want to buy from anyone else. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and took the time to answer my questions no matter how unrelated they were to the ring itself. My fiancé got my ring at Luxury Diamonds and I’m so happy with the final outcome! When looking at my ring, I can tell that it was created with high quality craftsmanship. I can’t stop looking at how beautiful it is! My fiancé also spoke very highly of Roman! He mentioned that Roman was very knowledgeable and made the entire experience stress free. I got to meet Roman personally yesterday to get my ring resized a bit smaller. He was able to answer all of my questions as well.
