We were greeted warmly and the check in/checkout was very smooth. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The jacuzzi was very nice. Laundry service was worth it!

My stay there was wonderful. The room was neat and tidy. The customer service was excellent and they allowed my dog to stay with us as well. I will definitely stay there again.

Staff is rude , one of a couple , very racist establishments in lac la biche .. no welcome polite greeting, first words out of there mouth were 500 dollar deposit .. and it went down hill from there ..I make a fairly nice wage , I can easily afford there deposit, I can not afford to let people like that , insult me and my wife .. Places like this need to be called out on there rude behaviours and Stone Age , policies to pic and choose who’s the right colour to provide service to..

Park land 1 is better than 2 with a slightly higher price to match but for the private bedroom in the double sweets it's worth it. The kitchenette's are clean and room service is great. Definitely a good choice for business trips as a grocery store is literally across the road.

I came for a relaxing night out of driving semi truck and upgraded to a room with jacuzzi…the room assigned to me came with an actual metal key, which left me curious as I rode the elevator.Directions to my room were out the door and follow the deck. When I arrived, I dropped my luggage in awe. It is THE NICEST SUITE I have ever stayed in. It reminded me of a ski in/ski out resort at Whistler or Banff.Stairs to a loft with a King bed, 1/2 bath, sink & an extra large jacuzzi AND a gas fireplace! Literally 2 rooms wide and 2 stories, it’s the size of 4 rooms in a Hotel.Kitchen, living room and dining room downstairs with a full bath/shower.Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes & silverware. I was in heaven from what I expected. I stayed a 2nd night. I’ll be back. A wonderful find in an out-of-way location. Worth the drive from Edmonton and beyond.

The rooms are nice. However there is no continental breakfast or any coffee in the lobby and there is no snack machine at all. We also need to fix and check the locks on the doors because the key I had would not work 80% of the time

It was like staying in an empty, undecorated mini-show-home from the 80's.... jacuzzi, king bed, terrible view of a wooden, once-turquoise warehouse. Although the room was clean, the path to it from the car was littered with cobwebs on the handrails and a variety of rough-shod bird-feathers and droppings along the way. It's ok, though, because renovations are underway, as we discovered at 6am the next morning.

We were in town to deal with the death of my friends dad. The ladies were very friendly and super helpful. At -40° my car would not start. They let me use their extensioncord so we could get back to doing the running around we needed to get done. Super clean room.

Me and the crew love this place! The 2 story kitchenettes are so nice you could live in them. The 2 levels is really cool. And that lake view!Clean, well kept, conveniently located. We will be reluctant to check out of this place!

Good value for money. This is an older motel, the kind with the heat lamps in the bathroom and dated fixtures but it was clean and good value for money. The front desk is staffed 24 hours per day and there's a nice lounge to watch a hockey game or read the paper if you want to just get out of your room. You will hear the train but it's not that bad. Easy access to Lac La Biche and services. There are two Parkland hotels and we stayed at the one on the south side of town.
