This is an amazing place where you can find a save space to share any health concerns. The place is absolutely spotless, the staff is very profesional and friendly. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. But most of all Dr. Maria Tetelbaum is one of the best family doctors in this city. She is knowledgeable, sensitive, informative and most of all caring. We are very lucky to be patients of these excellent team of professionals.

After checking several websites for laser hair removal in London, I settled on the Synergy Centre for laser on my face. Because my skin is dark, I knew that I needed nd:yag laser in order to prevent burns from happening. As a result, I called the Synergy centre and ensured that this is what would be used on my face. I went in twice for laser here. The first time went well, although I noticed scabbing and dark scarring on the treated areas a few hours later. When I sent photos of the burned areas to the technician, Marzena, inquiring whether this was normal, she reassured me that my face was fine and that there was nothing to worry about. Four weeks later, I returned to the centre for my next treatment. She looked at the areas she previously treated (i.e., the remaining scars on my face) as well as the photos I’d sent the previous month and admitted that the laser had indeed burned my face. Because of this, she refused to provide further treatment on my face until I bought hydroquinone, a $170 skin lightening serum that would brighten my skin and prevent further burning. I bought the serum but after the whole experience, I lost confidence in her ability to provide laser on dark skin and went elsewhere. In addition to the consultants at my new centre telling me that I do not need to use hydroquinone on my face, my treatment areas have responded well and I pay less than 75% of the price that I paid at Synergy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Maria Tetelbaum for over a decade and she is one of the best family medicine physicians out there. She helped me out when I was in my darkest point in my life in early 2016 and helped me and my family through my mental health crisis. She and her team are always very understanding and welcoming.

Synergy Centre is a wonderful place. It’s very clean and organized. The receptionist staff are amazing and extremely friendly. For the medical team, I have been seeing a physiotherapist, Jaimik Mehta, and a chiropractor, Dr. Elton Schebesch, and I have to say they are both very caring, professional, and sincere. This is a top notch health Centre. Thank you for the wonderful experience, everyone.

Dr. Maria Tetelbaum is an amazing doctor. She truly cares about her patients and it shows in how thorough she is. She has a wonderful memory and remembers well past visits/conversations which makes you feel important as a patient. She is genuine, sincere and goes the extra mile to ensure you feel your concerns are answered/addressed before ending an appointment. Although she often runs late for her appointments because she is so thorough, she is worth the wait!

When to the chiro for some leg troubles and dr Elton took care of me no problem, after even just talking and telling him my issue he essentially came up with a plan right there to help me out, very knowledgeable guy, I’ll 100% be going back

I had a small cosmetic procedure performed by Dr. Maria Tetelbaum. While all the staff were warm and friendly, Dr. Tetalbaum went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and answered all my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend!

How do I even begin to explain how wonderful this office is? Front desk admin is lovely always friendly, easy to smile and so patient with clients coming in. The dental team is the BEST! I had avoided my dental health for sometime and knew it was becoming an issue and was very self conscious. They put my fears to rest, made me feel comfortable and reassured me that it could all be fixed. They didn't judge me or make me feel bad about how deteriorated my teeth had become.Dr. T is funny, relaxed and such a perfectionist, I always know I'll have the best quality care. Amanda, Nancy and Layla (not sure of spelling) are some the most wonderful people I have met and they're very skilled hygienists. Synergy Dental has helped me have more confidence in my health and my dental appearance. I actually look forward to visiting the team there, and really, who enjoys going to the dentist?!The absolute best treatment.

I began visiting Dr. Elton because of several injuries that were causing me pain in my neck and lower back. I quickly realized how knowledgeable and confident he was that we could improve my situation. He’s been very kind and I’m so thankful for his care as it’s given me such quality of life back now that I’m not fighting pain anymore. Special shout-out to the ladies at the desk, because they are always lovely to check in and book with!
