Conveniently located besides my grocery shopping, this store carries most of my favorite brands at a great price. Was looking for an Irish Cream style, Bayles isn't good for me anymore. So I bought Gretzky's cream and it is so delicious.

The old man behind the till was exceptionally rude. He scoffed at my question as if I should've known the answer already.Won't be returning to this location! Time for buddy to retire or learn some customer service.

Was really a good place to shop . Prices are really good especially when they have a sale . Great when they tak on the optimum points. The prices on the scotch was awesome. Was there again today and here's my update . Great as usual.It's the go to store .wen

Good prices, and you get optimum points. Don't expect cold beer though. There is no refrigeration.

A privately owned coffee shop. It has a cozy atmosphere with enough seating and outdoor seating as well. It has some good food and at the back free books. All in all a good place to spend some time. The staff is very friendly as well.

Alex from the superstore liquor store went above and beyond in helping me. From finding my wine requests to helping me load my car. I received top notch service and help. Alex was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I don't know what I would have done without his help. Thank you Alex

Good prices, decent selection. I wish they had a few more local breweries featured, but if that have what you're looking for, or your looking for fairly standard fare at a good price.

Just had one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experiences in this liquor store. Upon arriving at the door I witnessed a security employee chase out, grab, and spray somebody with some type of substance. After cursing at her and claiming the she would now “reek of alcohol” from the spray he continued back inside where he began to gossip with the other security employees about the situation that had just happened. If there was any type of issue with a customer I believe that it should not be openly discussed or bragged about around other customers. There is also never a need to physically come into contact with any person, let alone spray them. After quickly grabbing the items I needed I waited in line for the cashier. As the person in front of me finished up their transaction I saw something two feet away that caught my eye and I stepped over to grab it. At the same time the cashier sternly yelled next and I walked up to the till from where I was standing. I was then aggressively and unprofessionally called out for cutting in line by the cashier. The entire situation was very uncomfortable and if it wasn’t for the kind lady standing behind me in line that proceeded to tell the cashier that I was in fact waiting in line he would have not taken me seriously. I am fully aware that these are very stressful times for customer service workers with the holiday rush and Covid circumstances but the experience I had tonight was very uncalled for. I would hope in the future that Superstore is able to provide more guidelines and expectations for security personnel, as well as better customer service expectations for the other staff. We all need to show a little more kindness to each other in these difficult times!
