I HAVE RARELY BENEFITED FROM SUCH A GREAT SERVICEI never took the time to post a comment on services delivered to me by a supplier, but the service was so exceptionnal that I felt it was only fair to share it with everyone needing air duct cleaning services - both to allow them to benefit from the unbelievable professionalism, quality and speed of their services but also as a token of appreciation to this great company. Never before our ducts were cleaned and disinfected so well and I have rarely seen a company so well organized. All of our staff can now enjoy high quality air.

We just bought a new house and were encouraged to get our air ducts cleaned up by someone who had used Air Plus services in the past. We didn’t have much expectations, but as it turns out, we learned that the ventilation system in our house hadn’t been cleaned up since it was built 30 years ago, what a mess! The guys from Air Plus were friendly enough to guide us through every steps of their cleaning process, helped us understand what had gone wrong in the past and gave us their best recommandations for the future. We could not have asked for a better service. It was very appreciated.

Booking an appointment was very easy. The process of having my ducts cleaned was clearly explained. They arrived on time. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Quick, clean and thorough service. I highly recommend.

I spoke to Jack and he gave me a great, clear explanation of the service, the alternatives, and exactly how the work is done, before deciding to go forward. We're very happy with the service work that was done and will use this service again in the future if need be.

After a lot of research, I decided to go with Air Plus Montreal. When it comes to professional duct cleaning, if they don't show up at your door with a proper truck, a myriad of high grade hoses and ask where your furnace is, you're most likely wasting your time and money. My ducts used to be cleaned by someone who showed up and vacuumed my vents. I learned that this is no where near sufficient. Air Plus was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely thorough with their process. It's the real deal and as a mother, now I can sleep at night knowing my ducts got the best treatment there is out there and my family is breathing cleaner air. Their service is worth every penny. TLDR: Awesome Company, would easily recommendI hired Air Plus to clean my Air Ducts. The one thing that stood out is that everyone I dealt with was very professional. This goes from the initial calls with the owner Jack, Johanne who booked the appointment and Hervens who did the actual cleaning. Everyone was extremely professional, polite and helpful.As for the actual cleaning it was a big job with around 32 HVAC ducts plus 4 Dehumidifier/Air exchanger ducts. Normally the job would take 3.5-4 hours with two people but the second worker was sick so Hervens did the job alone in about 7 hours (in 30C heat!). Hervens was amazing! He did not rush, did the job properly and was a total pro.I am very satisfied with Air Plus. I would use them again and would easily refer them to people I know.
