Very helpful, and managed to save our Christmas when my daughter (5) forgot her favorite headband in the store at closing. We came back after the lights were out, but the staff member who was left locking up looked for it, found it, and made a little girl very happy, and her parents want to reward that kindness with their business.

Had really good experience at this store! Staff always positive, and store is beautifully displayed. I always go on Sundy when they have their wheel of fortune to get great discounts.

Went in looking for cat treats that I had gotten from my daughter in Edmonton. Didn't know where to find them if they even were available here. Pointed them right out and handed me two packs as I needed

Very friendly staff. So much to see and touch. We just got a rehomed cat and needed a harness even tho she doesn't want to wear it lol. The staff was helpful and polite and I was in and out in no time and happy with my purchase.

They always have everything we need and staff are so helpful. I recently had to return a large bag of food my dog decided he didn't like (after eating the same type for over a year). They credited us back with no questions and helped us select another, complete diet, dog food. I really appreciated the time they spent with me addressing all my questions.

Nice staff. Dog wash $12 and in good shape. Unfortunately, they water down their dog shampoo more than they should.
