Outstanding service, quick , friendly and well-priced, only replacing a zip on my wife's favorite hoodie , but still, I ( and my wife ) couldn't be happier with the result . Definitely recommend them.

Tried on my suit again after 2 years of not using it. It was extremely baggy on me and I had my graduation within 3 days. I cannot stress just how much City tailoring and alterations saved the day for me. Looked far better than it did even when it was new, they had it ready earlier than the already rapid deadline and were polite and professional the entire time. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone!

The alterations to my knitted suit was very good and you wouldn't even know it had been done

I took my daughter and her prom dress here for length alterations and the arms and bust all to be taken in .. not an easy task as a full netted dress with lots of bling … the work was incredible and all done in the stated time … I will definitely use again even if it’s a 45 minute drive ..Thank you

Sewed up my blue coat for just £10 queen Street was £25 use South Street any day they were excellent and very good quality and value

I took a backpack in to have new straps fitted, in part attached to originals. The item not ready on time after 4 days, so I was asked to call back at 3pm. Still not done, and backpack hastily stitched while I waited. He quickly cut the original straps into stumps, though I had asked him not to do so. We had agreed on a longer piece being left of the old strap which could be securely stitched at length. But instead of making a proper job of the replacement, he just shoved a couple of lines of stitches across the top to secure the new straps in place on top of the stumps of the old. The bare minimum that would hold. He seemed busy, very busy. But from the customer's point of view, why take on a job if you can't be bothered to do it properly ?

Absolutely brilliant service. Always exactly what I'm after regarding repairs and adjustments.Highly recommended.
