Dr. Nathan Ng is nothing short of amazing. He is very knowledgeable. He takes his time to ensure the teeth are where they need to be and in the correct place, he doesn't rush treatment. We have used several orthodontic places with the kids and would now not go anywhere else. He is kind, caring and gentle. All of the staff were amazing. Always helpful. No extra, hidden or surprise charges. Treatment took longer than expected as the teeth just did not move as quickly as they were supposed to. And still no extra fees. 100% recommend this orthodontist.

Jasper Place Orthodontist took care of my three children's orthodontics needs. Dr. Ng is very talented and professional. Front staff and assistants were always friendly and very accommodating for a busy family. Highly recommended all around.

I have had a great experience seeing both Dr. Mergaert and Dr. Ng, I can’t recommend them enough. I always had insecurities in regards to my teeth, and they’ve always made me feel so comfortable with every visit. Shout out to Julie as well!! Every time I come in it’s always such a pleasure to talk to her and she is so gentle when working around your teeth.

Treated like I was poor. Dr was extremely rough with my child. Worst experience yet. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. There are many other orthodontist in Edmonton, call someone else. Don't let your dentist refer you here! At one point I stood up and was about to remove his teeth. They don't care about the patients only the income.

I went for a consultation and the docto would come see me for 2 minutes then leave to attend to another patient and then come back and type some stuff and kept doing that for 40mins. Didn’t examine my mouth thoroughly like other orthodontists I went to after. They Totally wasted my time. Although it was a free consultation I was charged $96 for the Pan scan that was free at other places and was well included in the consultation. So I wouldn’t recommend going for this reason. I’m not sure of the quality of their treatments if they are not thorough with their exams to make sure they do what’s best for each and every patient.

I am a long time ago client and have had the joy of experiencing a follow up now with Dr Ng. He is very kind and a fantastic orthodontist. I drove from sherwood park to return because of the original quality and now I will be happy to bring my son here to see Dr. Ng. When the time comes. Even better is Julie is still here and she is ever so kind and talented. She remembered me as if 20 years had not passed. 10/10 recommend this will be my orthodontist office for life.

I want to start off by saying that the level of service I received at Jasper Place Orthodontics far exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely accomodating, friendly and welcoming throughout the entire process and made the experience memorable on many fronts. The facility overall was very clean and well-maintained.Our family has known Julie for many years, going back to the days we received outstanding orthodontic care from Dr. Mergaert. Her attention to detail is second to none, and her dedication to the profession is very noticeable. Moreover, it is always a great time and pleasure interacting with her. I was so impressed with all of the staff, everyone was friendly and so kind. My daughter was not a fan of anything to do with her teeth and all the staff showed patients and kindness to us. Even to go as far to take time to explain every step and even let her touch and feel things . Outstanding place. 10/10 recommend to anyone !

I 100% recommend Jasper Place Orthodontics. The facility is properly sanitized and well-organized, and the staff is absolutely amazing. The hygienists are wonderful and each one was kind to me throughout my entire braces process. Dr. Ng handles every patient professionally, with equal levels of both kindness and discipline. It's very easy to observe that the staff here cares for each patient; they are also efficient and organized while booking or rebooking my appointments. They did an excellent job on perfecting my smile and increasing my confidence over the past 2 years that I have been here. I am so thankful that I chose Jasper Place Orthodontics.
