Terrible waiting times and administration. Literally watched as other walk-in patients were seen repeatedly ahead of myself and after putting my name down at 1pm. End up seeing a doctor at 4:15pm.Doctor Moamer Alnegratt was fine. All I needed was a referral. But over 3 hours wait is ridiculous.

I had an appointment at 11am and the reception called me at 10:57 to tell me the doctor was not there and there is no other doctor that could see me instead. I needed forms filled out for an upcoming surgery and have to find another physician for today which is pretty much impossible. Do not come here!

I would recommend some management courses for whoever is managing this clinic. There is zero respect to people’s time and schedules. My wife and I visited the clinic several times and we always had to wait for our turn. Few days ago, my wife showed up for her appointment on time, and was told that there were five patients ahead of her. She had to cancel as she had other commitments and rebooked for today. She arrived again today for her appointment. After she had waited for 90 minutes, there still was one patient in front of her. As we had another commitment at 2 pm, we couldn’t wait longer and had to leave. Would be great if you could respect the time of your patients and maybe notify of a significant delay. we like Dr Muammar but it’s really difficult to find an arrangement that works. If you are looking for a quality treatment and respect, find somewhere else. We are NOT going there anymore.

This is my go to clinic. Every time I come here the staff is efficient and polite, and the doctors are able to help me with my issues. Sometimes I don’t manage to get most of my questions answered but I understand that is a limitation of the walk in and they’re very busy people.

What's wrong with the management of this clinic? I've been here 3 times and the wait times have been an average of 2 HOURS. I'd appreciate if the ladies at the front informed me in advance of such waiting times so I know what's coming. I was told the wait was 40 minutes.I tried calling since I was meant to get some test results this morning, and I was put on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on the second time.Patients have stuff to do too, and are not feeling well. Very upsetting the way customers are treated.

I visited Downtown Medical Clinic todayI was at an appointment with Dr. Moamer Alnegratt and not for the first timeI am satisfied with the attitude and professionalism of the doctor. He is a wonderful person and a professional in his field. Also, the girls at the reception are friendly and you don't have to wait long for feedback :)

Just a little more control and information on wait times would really go a long way. I can handle a 3 hour wait if I know it's coming, it's not knowing (or being given wrong information) that makes it so difficult to manage.I'm sure staff are doing their best, so hopeful that management can accept their failings here and improve things.

Even if you book the first appointment of the day, weeks in advance, you can still expect to wait around 1.5 to 2 hours to see a doctor. I did this many times because I did not want to change clinics and thought that next time would be better. Unfortunately, i had to wait at least 1.5 hours every single time. Weekdays and weekends, daytime or evening, doesn't matter.

One star is for Nancy, the manager for multiple clinics in this medical group and the other star is for Dr. Moamer Alnegratt who was nice and professional enough when I had the opportunity to see him. Minus 3 stars for the front desk staff at the Downtown location for rudeness and an unwelcoming attitude.My feelings about the front desk staff are repeated numerous times in these reviews. I don't have experience with long wait times as I decided to cancel an appointment I have on Saturday simply because I just don't want to walk through these doors again.I called on Monday (around 4:30 pm) to ask if they are still taking patient walk-ins and the front desk staff told me no because the doctor is gone at 5 pm. I asked her what her cutoff time for walk-ins was because it was difficult to show up earlier in the day and she just repeated the fact that the doctor is gone at 5 pm. I told her the website states that the clinic is open until 7 pm and asked what are those 2 other hours are for if there is no doctor present. She told me it was for the receptionist to catch up on paper work. When I said that this really did not make much sense she said, yeah ok thanks bye" and hung up on me. I called back two minutes later wanting to speak to a manager because I felt that the exchange was super rude and asked the girl I was speaking to if it was her I spoke to earlier and she could not tell me whether or not the exchange I just had was with her. Either you spoke to me or you did not speak to me. I explained that the exchange was rude and that I wanted to talk to the manager and she gave me Nancy's phone number.Nancy was great and lo and behold the receptionist was not being honest with me when she said the doctor is gone past 5 pm. Nancy was able to book me in right away. They need 10 more of her. When other reviewers describe the vibes as very unwelcoming

Waited over an hour for my appointment while people with appointments after mine were seen before me. If they can't keep up with appointments and walk ins then they need to start refusing walk ins to catch up with the appointments. Appointments should always be priority. If they can't handle demand they should have more drs working every day. I've never heard of a downtown clinic that operates with only one dr. They need at least 2 present the whole day. The Dr was making small talk outside my room while we're all waiting to see him. Clearly he is just wasting time. Dr FINALLY came in and I see why he takes so long. It took him 10 minutes to fill out 4 prescriptions and another 5 just to go grab the piece of paper he just printed off. He's unbelievably sluggish. This clinic desperately needs to have at least 2 drs throughout the whole day.
