Shockingly found a Corolla Hybrid that wasn’t spoken for. Worked with Crystal to grab it. Sharon was my finance manager. It was a breeze. Everything was so easy and good. In and out of the dealership in 30 minutes - almost like that Nick Cage movie.Definitely will buy from these wonderful folks again in the future. Love the small town care and vibe. This dealership is one man dealership. Worst service ever . One person trying to juggle around 10 people at same time. Customer service is a joke and the manager is running the show has no idea how it works when someone trusts to buy a vehicle virtually . As she tried to sell us the vehicle without a safety inspection and no amvic. Never returned our deposit. I feel scammed and robbed of my 500$ deposit. Will never recommend to go to this dealership even it was the last place on the planet to buy vehicles . Stay away feom there gimmicks. I don't know why go auto even bothered owning this dealership it's not really what the go auto dealership se4vice promise is at its other dealerships that I have bought vehicles from .

We didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all, she helped us make an informed decision that we are extremely pleased with. We recently bought a 2023 4Runner from Drayton Valley Toyota. We needed one quickly because our other one was damaged in an accident. I contacted most of the toyota dealerships in the Northern Alberta area. Krista a sales manager got in touch with me and was able to find us one that was going to be delivered to one of their Sister dealerships. It was coming to be delivered in March. Drayton valley was one of the two Dealerships that I contacted that was not increasing the MSRP price. The vehicle came in sooner than expected. Sharon in the finance department had all the paperwork ready and the vehicle was ready as promised.Thank youDave and Nadine Cote.

Bought a new 2022 Tundra here, came in fast. Sharon my sales person kept me up to date as it was coming in, and Toyota had pushed it back a few times which is not these folks fault. Got my new Tundra and was blown away, huge upgrade from my 2009 Tundra. Power, smoothness, towing, interior quality, styling, this truck is a cut above.
