Amazing yoga studio with a wonderful teacher! We came to Salt Spring for a girls weekend getaway and organized a private class at Nest Hot Yoga. Sarah gave us an unforgettable experience and catered a class just for us. We will be definitely coming back! ❤️

The Nest is my favourite yoga studio on Saltspring Island. Sarah Jane is an exceptional, highly intuitive teacher who can help you expand your practice no matter what level you are at. The studio is intimate and inviting, with a lovely view and warmed by wood stove and ceramic panels for the perfect yoga experience. I highly recommend it!

The Nest is my favorite place to do Yoga on Island. I was shy to start yoga, never really being good at it in private. The Nest has all levels and types of classes. Truly a great space to push your body to learn and breath.

What I admire about Sarah Jane's yoga practice is that she is perpetually curious and learning herself. I lived on Saltspring for three years and during that time I practiced regularly at the nest. Sarah Jane's classes were dynamic, varied, and I never lost interest in her as a teacher. Saltspring is so lucky to have this little gem of a studio in such a small community.

Cozy, fireside yoga studio overlooking forest and mountains. Loving, personal and intimate classes with a community vibe and lots of variety. If you have never tried hot yoga, this is the space to start. If hot yoga is your jam, it's worth the trip to Salt Spring just for the unique experience. Sweet spot to get your stretch on!
