The best Rabbis, Rebbetzins and community! The friendliest, most welcoming Shul, inspiring services, warm atmosphere, many programs for all ages. Excellent Torah Tots pre-school and Hebrew School, adult education, senior programs, amazing choir.

Chabad of Markham is a great organization with outstanding leadership, inspiring classes and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. DANI (Developing And Nurturing Independence) had many joint activities with Chabad Markham and a great number of our volunteers are Chabad Markham members. Keep up the good work!

Great programming for families! The best baby program I've attended in the Toronto area! It includes many sensory activities, arts and crafts, circle time and holiday and shabbat themed songs and activities. The family holiday parties are beyond expectations. Each party has various games, arts and activities for all ages of children (even adults). There have been specialists of all kinds attend the parties (sports teachers, singers, magicians, drum circle, artists etc) to make sure the kids have a great time! Usually there is not just one activity but many to keep all kids happy and engaged. Shabbat and holiday programs are run by amazing teachers and staff and keep the children engaged in the holiday. The children always learn about shabbat or the holiday and never come home without a special surprise of a candy or a toy. As a family we also attend the Tikun Olam projects where we engage in activities to help the community. Each project teaches the family how to give back to others in our community. A beautiful program run by amazing people!

Chabad Lubavitch of Markham and the respective families have welcomed my family into the community and it feels like home. Both Rabbi's and their wives are the most incredible people and the choir adds so much to the services on High Holidays.

I love attending services, programs, or lectures at Chabad-Lubavitch of Markham. The rabbis and rebbitzins are inspiring, warm and welcoming. The congregation is friendly and the kiddush is amazing! There is an amazing energy and ruach at Shabbat and holiday services that leave me feeling connected and exhilarated.

Our 2 year old daughter is having the most amazing experience at Chabad Markham Torah Tots in Pre-Nursery! All of her teachers are warm and caring and the extensive material taught is beyond our wildest expectations! Such great people to entrust our daughter with. Keep up the great work!!

Chabad Markham is one of the main focal points of Jewish life in Thornhill! Rabbi Plotkin and Rabbi Gitlin are amongst the finest rabbis in the city, and their respective rebbetzins are second to none! A warm, welcoming atmosphere is what you will find at Chabad Markham on a consistent basis. I highly recommend this shul to all Jews from many diverse backgrounds, that are interested in spiritual growth and strengthening their faith in Judaism.
