Very pleased with carpet selection and instalment of our carpet. Brian provided excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and assisted as needed. Professional and courteous service from everyone at A-1 Flooring. Highly recommend.

Went here looking for just one tile for a project we were doing at home. The salesman was quite helpful and had some good suggestions. Ultimately he let me take home a sample tile I thought might work. I felt this was a great customer service moment and much appreciated. I only gave a 4 out of 5 rating because I also mentioned we were looking to replace all our flooring on the main floor of our house and was interested in looking at laminate flooring. Sadly the salesperson totally ignored my comment and never offered to discuss the flooring with me. I suppose he may not have heard me but we were standing side by side when I said it. I didn't push the idea because I didn't see or hear any interest. So all in all it was a good experience but could have been great if he had picked up on the flooring comment.

Great selection, knowledgeable staff

Friendly, knowledgeable staff were very helpful in my journey to determine the right backsplash for my kitchen. James was great at getting the discontinued backsplash I wanted, and keeping me informed. The installation was definitely not easy due to uneven plaster walls. But, my heart was set on this particular backsplash, so Mike said he would try. I couldn't be happier. The result is beautiful. If I ever need anything else, A-1 Flooring will be my first, and probably only stop.

So many options it was a little hard to decide. Friendly staff and they were helpful. Reasonable prices.

Would have given no stars but that wasn’t an option. They made an error in ordering my stone and ordered way too much. Blamed me for the mistake even though I know what I asked for and it was nearly 25% more then what I needed. James and Brian spoke to me as if I was less then nothing and refused to admit their part in the error. Charged me 25% restocking fee which I had no choice but to accept because it was hundreds of extra dollars worth of stone. Would never shop there again or recommend to anyone. I was treated horribly and disrespected when it was their error to tell me the amount being ordered before ordering. I don’t know the tile and stone business and thought I was going to professional that could help me with my project.

The staff at A-1 are kind, generous, and helpful. Purchased kitchen and bathroom tile here and also some fun tile for a special project. Highly recommend!

Great place for all your flooring needs, knowledgeable staff, and helpful from start to finish, clean building and a ton of product. Very friendly and good amount of parking for pick ups. Would recommend

The place was great. Servicewas awesome. The staff was helpful and very knowledgeable.They showed my girlfriend a ton of different options for the floor. She was able to decide on a very modern tile and hardwood that she hadn't thought of before going in.Thank you to the staff for being there for our needs.
