Jay was amazing! I drove all the way from NE to downtown location seeing great reviews and he proved that worth driving 25 kms! Starting from where to park my car (it can be a pain during stampede) till sending my express courier with tracking information gave me peace of mind.Well done Jay, will drive there in future again for all my important parcels.

The manager, Jay, and his staff at the UPS store #319 were some of the most professional, courteous people I have interacted with. They responded to my phone calls and emails regarding shipping auction items from Hall's Auction Services, with efficiency and answered all my questions. Jay suggested that the items be delivered in two separate shipments to get through customs, and he kept in contact with me as the items shipped from Calgary all the way to me in the US. The items were received safely in less than two weeks, which was an exceptional time frame, given how busy Hall's Auction and the UPS store was in dealing with multiple shipments and auction winners. The items were packed with care, and came with a detailed invoice. Jay and his staff have gone above and beyond my expectations with their excellent customer service. I highly recommend their store, and hope to be a customer in the future.

Contrary to wht you will find in a Google search, UPS Stores in general DO NOT offer passport photo services. I contacted 3 in Calgary and none did.

There is a miserable man, not sure if he is the owner. Very unpleasant to deal with. I would use a different location. Doesn't deserve the business!

Priya was so helpful and such a kind soul! She helped me each step and was patient! The service here is excellent and I would recommend this UPS location every single time!!

At least put up a sign that says u will not be open if u are closed during regular business hours. I went there under the assumption they were open but they were not. They were supposed to be.

Hands down the best UPS store in the city! It's my go to location. Jay is amazing to deal with and goes above and beyond to assist with whatever service you need. He is polite, professional, fast, efficient and very well organized.His work ethic is incredible! I recall a time when he was doing the work of 3 people as he had employees that were away. Like a lot of us I'm working from home and needed to send a document to the US so I went to the Willow Park Location since it was closer to my home. Big mistake! The woman at this location was not at all helpful and said she couldn't send my document for me. I called Jay and he was more than happy to send my document and even printed it off so I wouldn't have to drive all the way downtown to give it to him. Now that is service! Note to self (or anyone else reading this review), never ever go to any other UPS location than the one in Suncor. Jay will hook you up with whatever you need and you won't be disappointed. :-)

After recently buying a painting at an auction in Calgary, I contacted The UPS Store (319) to arrange pickup, packaging and shipping to me on the west coast. I know they ended up having a huge number of other customers to look after from the same auction, but they always managed to answer my calls or emails to address any concerns that needed attention.I was contacted on a Friday afternoon to arrange the final details for shipping and the painting was in my hands Monday afternoon. I was amazed at all the layers of protection and it took some time to unravel everything, but the painting arrived in perfect shape, thanks to the crew at Store 319. They did an outstanding job, were courteous and very efficient. Thanks to all the crew at Store 319!
