Just purchased a vehicle from Rodney at Lecours. He was fantastic to deal with. It was a long distance deal, so everything was done by phone and email. He was very quick to reply, answered all questions fully and honestly and was very helpful. He drove at least 8 hours to deliver and gave me a thorough walk through of the vehicle. I dealt with Lecours Motor Sales in Kapuskasing even though I live in Timmins as they had a truck on order that had what I was looking for. I don’t regret my decision to purchase a truck through their dealership. The service was excellent. Communicating with Rodney was very easy. He gave me the exact information I wanted and responded to my emails and texts quickly. He gave me top dollar for my trade. When I went to pick up my new Maverick, Mathieu clearly explained the financing and warranty options. I never felt pressured in purchasing an extended warranty. Rodney gave me the option of picking out a free hat or shirt. I have to say this is the 5th new vehicle I buy in my lifetime and every other time I purchased a new vehicle, I always asked for a free hat and was always told that I had to pay for it.With Lecours Motor Sales it’s the little things like the free had and friendly service that goes a long way. I’ll be buying from here again and would recommend their service to anyone in or even out of the region. It’s worth a drive to get excellent service.

Absolutely fantastic service! They managed to get me in on short notice and fix the problem with my truck. I was passing through Kapuskasing and had an issue. I was back in the road the following day. The whole team right from the service desk, technicians and the courtesy driver were pleasant to deal with. Honestly, I live 8 hours away but would happily drive there to purchase my next truck - that’s how pleased I am with the service that I received which I’m sure extends through to the sales team.
