Nice place to get authentic Filipino food. The food is very good, although the portions are small for typical Filipino restaurants. Maybe they are trying to be more artisanal, you know quality over quantity. Would be a higher rating if the prices weren't higher than other Filipino restaurants. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Reception is okay. Not really something I'll be coming back to. Food is not bad. Service is a bit off. Missing orders unless you ask for it. Pork bbq is good but not the chicken bbq. Pancit is terrible. Halo-halo: I'm not a fun. All in all it's so so.

Simple food, well prepared and well priced. We tried it out because we were looking for lunch but the nearby Smitty's was packed when we tried at about 11:30.Nice people, the overall ambiance is a fast food mall cafeteria style, but they have a lot of seating. I suspect they mainly cater large partiesCertainly an alternative if the other places in the neighborhood are busy, I'd recommend it for a try.

I like big servings and I over ordered here. Their rice serving is twice what I expected. For me that's a bonus!However, you should be aware that their pork skewers are majority fat rather than just meat. For some that is what they want. For others, not so much.Very friendly staff.

I ❤ Casarap. I keep coming back here every time I'm in the city. Their lomi and pork BBQ are to die for. My main concern is how empty the place is whenever I come to dine in, and I've come at different times of the day. Seriously, why don't more people eat here? I hope newcomers give this place a chance and support this restaurant. Keep Casarap open for years to come, because rent for a space this size doesn't normally come cheap!

A bit of an out of the way nondescript location, it is an oddly configured space for a style of food service that would be more expected in a large mall food court, with the menu on bright signs near the cash register. Staff are friendly enough, but if the standard Filipino dishes are not part of your vocabulary, you will be relying on the pictures to decide what to order. Maybe we just picked dull dishes out of ignorance, but nothing prompted an I need to try that again" reaction

The photos of the food are not representative of the portion size. Our entrees were 1/3 the size of the photo. I asked for a substitution and was told ok, then meal came and did not comply. Counter service. Food itself was fine. Loud Christmas music playing in mid October!

I went here for lunch with a friend but wasn’t too impressed. It was counter service but the women at the counter seemed put out to answer questions about what the dishes and specials were. Most of the tables, although empty, were not cleaned plus there were fruit flies in the bottles of vinegar on the tables. Found the food to be very salty and the portions were small and not the best tasting. I have eaten Filipino food many times before and this was by far the worst I have ever had. That in saying, it wasn't horrible, just not very flavorful.

So, the food is amazing! There's a lot of flavor in the food which is what I look for. Though, I think there needs to be little more customer service. I know it's self serve and all, but at least once I would want somebody to ask if I was doing good or if the food was good. But yeah, besides that, I would recommend this place.

Well the vibe wasn’t great to start with, it felt dull and lacking of energy. The food portions were smaller than what the menu suggested it to be, but the most disappointing part of the visit was the taste of the food. I ordered their “Chicken Mami” soup and It was extremely bland and lacked any depth of flavour. Its presentation appeared rushed and there was an overwhelming amount of liquid compared to the rest of its contents, in fact it was overflowing, literally, it was flowing out of the bowl when it arrived to the table. It just tasted like hot water sprinkled with a lot of garlic and green onions. The chicken’s texture was also rubbery, giving an impression that it wasn’t made today. I didn’t finish the meal as I felt that it was a dish made without love.
