Amazing experience. Brought my boy with me to get suit rentals for both of us. Dealt with Ashley. She was very professional and patient with us as the wife was home taking care of my other two young girls I was communicating with her to confirm styles and colors. Ashley did an amazing job. Had a very good experience at this store. Not so good at the Upper James store. Conchita helped my son choose an ensemble for his sister's wedding. She went above and beyond to ensure that the clothing fit well, helped him coordinate the different pieces to match, was willing to work with him with his color preferences. She was upbeat and showed enthusiasm. My son was very happy with his purchases. Thank you Conchita for all your help.

My one son went in to get outfitted for an important occasion and was fairly amazed it seemed. I tookmy other son and we were treated very well and promptly. Had to return an item today and that went very well too. This is all within the last two months. We know where to go for our men's clothing needs for occasions and that is a nice thing to know.

Definitely a 5 star rating. Rented a wicked Tux for my wedding, Concita did a great job measuring me and everything fit perfectly. When I returned the tux I wanted to purchase the same dinner jacket I had. Concita went out of her way and got me a sweet deal! Highly recommend this location and to deal with her.

Conchita was so very helpful during my recent visit. Moores did not have a navy suit in my son’s size but she made sure the accessories would match the groomsmen and be exactly what the bride wanted. She suggested Salvo’s for children’s formal ware and I bought a beautiful navy suit there. We returned to Moores for the alterations which were done quickly and not too expensive. She also steamed my son’s suit which went above and beyond my expectations. Very helpful and she is so knowledgeable about menswear.

I was dreading going as trying on clothes always seems like a chore. But I was sooo pleasantly surprised. We had Ashley help us and she was SO professional and warm and confident and capable, it was quick and hassle free. Just picked up my tux last night, and it was perfect. I would go back there again, and based on my experience would recommend the Ancaster Moores and Ashley to others.
