We used this service between the airport and our downtown hotel and had a wonderful experience both times. The ladies who drove and also on despatch were very friendly and helpful, on time with lovely clean vans. I would definitely use this service again

On time and vehicle in good condition. Our driver was very patient and careful and was particularly helpful and up for a chat which made the trip go quicker.

Our trip with Pearl Limousine was the most terrifying experience of our lives.We felt as though the driver was on a suicidal mission. We have had the most wonderful holiday and this came to a crashing end with the stress and anxiety of spending over 2 hours in the minivan with this driver. He regularly exceeded the speed limit by 30-40km/hr. I felt like my life and my families lives were at risk for over 2 hours as we darted from lane to lane.We went through red lights, were stuck in the middle of an intersection and were beeped at. He just slammed on the accelerator like a racing-car driver at every opportunity, racing past cars, tailgating, swerving lanes and often without indicating. This driver clearly doesn’t own this minivan with the way he is driving - or value the lives of his passengers. We even went through an apartment block car park as a shortcut at one point. We were never in a hurry to get to the airport and the chaotic driving and speed we endured was not justified in any way whatsoever. It was downright dangerous.

We have used Pearl a few times now for Vancover airport transfers and every time they service has been fantastic.The drivers have always been where they said they would be when they said. They are super helpful (practically and their local knowledge! One of our drivers gave us an amazing history lesson about the local area..we did ask and she was incredibly intersting and knowledgeable!) and I have just been really impressed at every stage.The cars are always spotless and with drinks on hand. There was hand sanitizer available and the driver wore a mask throughout our interactions.The first time we booked through Expedia and I was apprehensive..but a few emails back and forth and I was set at ease.The next time we needed a ride from the airport I didnt even bother looking elsewhere and just booked them direct by email.The cost is really reasonable for the service recievd and I would not hesitate to recommend this brilliant company.

My family and I spent a very enjoyable half day being introduced to the joys of Vancouver by our Pearl guide Ross. Our vehicle was luxurious and immaculate. Ross accommodated our particular requests but also showed us areas we would never have known about. It was very special to be taken around the city by a knowledgeable individual, born and raised in this beautiful place. It was a delight to spend the time with him. Highly recommended.

Went to Whistler for a skiing trip and our driver was Dave and he was amazing! He was on time and very nice and had lots of patience when he was getting my friend and I from the airport. He showed us some places around Vancouver out of his own time and from the goodness of his heart and even told us some stories to keep us entertained while stuck on traffic! He was very informative about Whistler and Vancouver and told us about what's in Vancouver and his own recommendations while staying at Whistler. He is a fast driver too and we really liked his service, we requested him to pick us up! He kindly accepted as he woke up around 2am to get us and that was very sweet of him, he needs a raise!! He's the best driver and I wish him all the best.

We would like to thank our young, very pleasant, no time driver this morning.I'll say Derik..but I am SURE that is wrong!..was just terrific.Pearl made a super move to take us from the Wall hotel to YVR early when other pax did not show.We got to the airport early..procossed early..got an earlier flight!Pearl.changed our whole day to positive!We will make sure to forward Pearl to our vacation agent!!Very best..Jay and Donna HillMasphee MA

I am a travel agent, I used Pearl Limousine for the location of the hotel from airport. My guest arrived earlier then the scheduled time. I called Pearl and they were able to accommodate my guests.When they were picked up in the morning for the drive to the cruise port their driver Ross was amazing, he gave them a nice guided tour of the city.I would recommend Pearl Limousine everyday of the week.
