I hired Mr. Dagenais whom came highly recommended. I was present during the home inspection and frankly I was very impressed in how serious and thorough Mr Dagenais was during his inspection. He also took the time to explain to me questions that had concerned me. Not only does Mr. Dagenais display patience but he is so very knowledgeable which impressed both my husband and myself. After the inspection, he took the time to speak to us and there was no hurry whatsoever. I have dealt with a few inspectors in the past and by far Mr. Dagenais outperformed any other home inspector I have ever dealt with! I would highly recommend this home inspector!

Jacques Dagenais is a true professional.We needed a home inspector with short notice. Mr. Dagenais was able to squeeze us in a busy schedule and inspect the home for us. He was early to our appointment.At the inspection, Mr. Dagenais showed us, in great detail, and explained in layman's terms everything the house has and needs, with a great sense of humour.We received our inspection report well on time and it detailed everything we discussed.Overall I highly recommend Jacques Dagenais and will employ his services next time I need a house inspection.

Il a manqué beaucoup de chose a l'inspection surtout au niveau de la plomberie . En 1 an nous avons dépensé plusieurs milliers de dollard affin de tout remettre en ordre la ploberie . Il a manquer en plus une fissure de fondation qu'une autre compagnie a détecté en moins d'une seconde. Na pas tester l'échangeur d'air, isolation du sous-sol. La plomberie n'était meme pas conforme. Tres mauvaise expérience.

We employed Mr. Dagenais to inspect our home before we purchased it in 2015 and we have been very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided. We believe we paid too much for our home and had we been made aware of all of the issues we would have negotiated a lower price. There were a number of issues that were missed in the inspection report. Since moving into our home we have had an insurance claim that resulted from poorly installed flashings on the roof that could be seen from the street by a professional and another insurance claim caused by a missing cap on the sewer drain line which now leaves us with higher insurance payments. Further, when we moved in there was a natural gas stove improperly installed in the basement. The vent was not installed to code and could have resulted in a dangerous situation. Lucky for us we found out before we used it and removed the appliance. It is our opinion that these major issues should have been noted in the house inspection report. These are only a few of the problems that did not appear in the report. We continue to worry about issues that have not yet been discovered. Sadly, we can not recommend Mr. Dagenais as a house inspector.

Inspected my first home 7 years ago. Didn't inspect the roof at all due to some excuse, and completely missed multiple water damage which ended up being over $60K of repair in the first year. As a young adult purchasing my first home it was devastating.

Jacques arrived early for the inspection and started before I had even arrived! He let me follow him around and ask questions throughout. He explained everything and would throw in some humour as well! He sent a very detailed inspection report and has very reasonable prices! Overall great inspector and would use him in the future.

Excellent inspecteur qui détaille bien et explique super bien durant l’inspection . Il nous dit ça dans des mots qu’on comprends bien . Ses rapports d’inspections sont fait de façon compréhensible et lisible sans être trop compliquer à comprendre . Il est toujours de bonne humeur et détends l’atmosphère pour une inspection moins stressante . Je le recommande à 100 %
