It's a huge store with a good inventory. It has a sophisticated interior than any Sport Chek I've been to. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's a spacious store and well organized. The only problem I faced in my today's visit is that I went there to buy hiking shoes, they have tons of variety but the problem was they were out of my size(13) in more than 6-7 different pairs.

Didn't have a pleasant experience. Selected a pair of shoes that were on sale, spoke with the store employee who checked the inventory for my size, turns out they don't have them in the store. Not sure why it was on display if the item was not in stock. Also selected a pair of pants for 30% off, went to check out, was told that the item had discounted price on boxing day, they forgot to remove the tags. Seems like the store lacks organization.

The cashier denied refund/exchange the UA footwear we purchased 15 days before because it was worn 1 time before and can not be immediately sold in Store. They violate their own Refund Policies and ask if User Armour would refund/exchange the product. It leaves us with question on why to not buy from the producers directly if this middlemen does not want to take any responsibility?

Bad customer service. This store is a joke. I wanted to purchase two pairs of running shoes. The sales associate showed no interest in wanting to help me. He kept disappearing into the back room and when he would sneak his head out of the back room, he seemed genuinely disappointed when I asked him for help. It seemed he was more interested in playing with his red bouncy ball.I did not purchase any shoes and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I came in Saturday looking for a specific shoe that I knew was in stock. Upon reaching the shoe area I saw a sea of men all huffing and puffing, I realized then they were all waiting for help. It seems as though they only staffed one person in the entire shoe area who would disappear and leave customers waiting and waiting…. It took me half an hour to finally catch him and get the shoe I wanted to try on. If it wasn’t for the Nike store being sold out of my size I wouldn’t have bothered with the wait.

Very disappointed that we were forced to go from the top floor to the main floor in order to pay for our merchandise. I get that your store is accessible but when you have a stroller and need to cart everything with you to purchase products....we almost left without purchasing. The register on the top floor was empty. An associate saw us waiting and said we had to go downstairs in order to pay. This is a three story store. You need to have enough staff to provide customer service on all floors. Our thoughts when leaving the store...next time we'll just order through amazon.

Very upscale store but be forewarned, is very expensive! More than other sport cheks I've been too.The service shop is fabulous. Weather I need skates sharpened or a flat on my bike fixed, I get the very best service at very fair prices!Also several girls are on the service team, so I really like the hiring equality.

I had gone towards closing time to purchase a bike. Regardless of the time however the staff were extremely patient and helpful in helping me choose a bike for my budget. Connor (a staff member working their) took his time in showing me the range of bikes and was also kind enough to suggest a lock that was within my budget. Overall the store is well stocked and maintained. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for sporting goods and apparel

Amazing staff at the Sherway Gardens location. Easily the best Sportchek in town. Great customer service. Had an issue today and Alex took care of it. Check out this location, its huge and has a great selection.
