City Hall Underground Parking

This is a great heated underground parking with 2 entrances and exits on Laurier and Elgin. Within walking distance to most central businesses and commerce.$2 after 6 pm and whole weekend is a great deal especially in winter. Heated under ground parking !!!!! ( still in effect in 2023)

Had a great experience using this 24 hours (especially because it was free during the entirety of my stay in Ottawa), completely automated parking garage - There were some doors needing some maintenance, but nothing too serious.Visited the city from March 19 to 22, and it will be free until March 31. I don't really know the reason why this is the case, I'm speculating and thinking that maybe because it is low season.I have read about this place being confusing"

Well maintained, easy in easy out. After 6 pm Saturday, it's $1 an hour maximum $2, save time looking for a parking spot near Elgin street

Cheap and easily accessible parking in downtown Ottawa. Walking distance to many attractions! $2 on weekends and public holidays, and after 6:00pm weekdays. $18 weekdays from 6am-6pm. There are always parking spots available. An amazing feature besides having the digital signs with the number of parking spots available for regular and wheelchair accessible parking spots on each level is the lighting system above each parking spot! You don't have to drive around looking for a spot, just look down the parking lot aisles and if there is a green light, the spot is available. Blue for wheelchair accessible parking. Every public parking should be like that!

Got charged regular rate ($7.5 for less than 2 hours) on July 3 and was told by Precise ParkLink it was because City of Ottawa didn’t tell them to change it to holiday rate. How ridiculous. If it wasn’t a holiday then why neither the City Hall nor the parking office was open for business?

Great place to park after 6 PM at very reasonable rate of just $2 overnight. Also on weekends. U can park here and have a great time on downtown streets without any worry.

If you park there to go to the NAC or another Event, it will take time to get out of the Garage because everyone leaving at the same time. Very affordable however.
