The kid has a clarinet that she refers to as her baby" but has seen much better days. She got it when she started music classes and there have been times that things have gone wrong at the worst time - the most notable of which is when it started to sound funny in a bad way right before the school play was starting it's run and the kid was in the pit band.Bell & Brace was recommended by the kid's band teacher and they fixed the clarinet swiftly and professionally. Can't say enough about Nicole. She's so knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I couldn't get in during shop hours so she met me in the shop at an agreed upon time. Priced really reasonable. Now I know when it sounds bad it really is the player and not the sax! Protocols in place fir both our safety. Thank you Nicole!
