Acme Limo

Rented a limo for my daughter’s 16th birthday and everything was excellent. Driver arrived earlier than scheduled so the girls could take pictures even. Our driver Layton was so friendly and pleasant it definitely made the experience even better. Even when booking with Nathan he was wonderful to speak to and made organizing super easy for me. Definitely would use again and will be recommending to everyone I know

Nathan was very pleasant over the phone. The Limousine service was excellent. Our driver Siva came ahead of time, he was very professional and got us to our destination way before time. We had booked a stretch limo for 10 am on my brother’s wedding earlier this month, but it was stormy day and groom needed to get out of the house by 9:25am (auspicious time) - they didn’t have any limos at that time but Nathan was so sweet and assured us that he, himself will bring a Rolls Royce to pick up the groom and his people - and he was there on time! From the moment I called to get a quote to the last minute pick up, Nathan was amazing!! We will highly recommend ACME limo to anyone looking for great service and best customer experience!!!

What a great experience!From the first conversation I had with Nathan, I knew this was someone who was a kind, caring individual who wanted to make his customers happy.My husband and I were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, and I wanted to do something special. Everything was just reopening so it was hard to even get a reservation for dinner. When I booked the limo, I wasn’t sure where we were actually going. I kept changing the plans and adding more and more to the itinerary. Nathan patiently listened and accommodated all of my changes right until the last minute. And then, because I was COVID conscious and wanted someone double vaccinated, Nathan drove us himself.Our dinner reservation was for a patio, which may have been cancelled if it rained. I called Nathan and said that I may postpone it for the next day or if we got there and then it rained, we’d just drive around in the limo and get take out food! He was extremely flexible and said that he was okay with whatever we decided to do.On the day, he arrived early, in this absolutely beautiful white stretch limo - we felt like celebrities! He dropped us at the restaurant and was there to pick us up on time. Then he drove us to 2 beautiful spots where we got out of the limo and took pictures. He never rushed us and was ever so pleasant.I would gladly recommend Nathan’s services to anyone. He was professional, courteous, reliable, careful and eager to please. Acme Limos made our night memorable and very special.Thank you, Nathan!

Hands down the best experience ever with a limo service. Nathan at Acme Limo was so pleasant and professional to deal with when booking and was always very prompt with replies to any questions. We rented a limo (Ford Expedition) for our daughter's sweet 16 so her and her friends could celebrate in style (I still have ringing in my ears from when they saw the limo outside and screamed). They had the BEST time. Layton (our driver) for the night was so kind and very professional and arrived earlier so we could take pictures. Layton made sure they had the best experience from the drive to dinner and the drive after to the Airbnb. Thank you Nathan and Layton! We would highly recommend Acme Limo!

Just booked Acme for our wedding with Nathan, and from the very start they were very easy to communicate with, and were very friendly.Sam was our driver for our wedding and he was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the day run smoothly for us. He arrived about 15 minutes early and waited so patiently for us as we were wrapping up at the house and never complained or seemed agitated even though I felt at times we were running behind. Although it was raining, he helped my mother and matron of honor into and out of the vehicle with our umbrella and told us to take our time each and every time, and never once made us feel rushed.Even when he was waiting behind the church during the ceremony, he told me beforehand to text him when we were ready to leave in order to go to our photography location, however I never really had to as he was all ready and prepared just outside the church doors when we were done taking photos inside the church, which was great timing on his part.The limo in itself was impeccable, well-kept, smelled clean, was/looked/and felt clean, had all the a/c and heaters working, music we had control over and also worked just fine, and overall Sam was a safe and careful driver the whole way through.I would highly recommend this company to book for any special events, and would definitely like to continue working with them in the future. This was the first time my husband and I ever booked a limo service at all (we found them on Instagram), and they made sure we were well taken care of and made the process very easy and simple for us. ACME Limo is a professional and wonderful establishment. From my very first contact with Nathan to my interaction with the driver of the Limo, I was struck with how genuine and responsive everyone was. I contacted Acme Limo hoping to secure a Limo for my son's grade 8 graduating class event. The kids had a rough year and the parents and I wanted to make it special. Covid affected a lot of experiences and robbed the students of their right to celebrate in a meaningful way. I spoke to Nathan and asked if he would be willing to show up just so the kids could take a few pictures. I was also asking if it could be free of charge as we had exhausted most of our money towards other planning expenses. Wow! I did not expect the following to happen! Nathan sent a wonderful driver in a Limo Hummer and took the kids for a short ride. The driver was gracious and so lovely and so patient. The kids were over the moon being able to have this experience. I can't say enough about Nathan and his team. I would absolutely recommend this business because of the genuineness and kindness the kids and I experienced. It's hard to imagine that a Limo service would offer their services without compensation. I had called multiple Limousine services prior to Acme and was met with very rigid responses. At the end of the day it wasn't about the money for Nathan and his team but it was about seeing the wonderful smiles of the students! Nathan was very professional. The limo was clean, comfortable and it was a great way to travel to celebrate our friends 50th birthday.
