Draper (our 2 year old Golden Retriever) looks amazing and I'm sure he feels even better too, especially after all the love and care during his groom. Last week we took our Golden Retriever to Love at First Bark for her first birthday grooming session, and we couldn't be happier!From the moment we reached out to book an appointment, the process was incredibly smooth. They were prompt in their responses, accommodating with scheduling, and ensured that all our questions were answered.When we arrived for our appointment, both Sam and Noah greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel instantly welcome. The receptionist was so sweet and lovely as well. You could see the genuine love they have for animals and they took the time to listen to our specific grooming questions and explained things really well so we were all on the same page.When we came back to pick up our pup, Liyana, we were amazed at her transformation. Her coat was beautifully trimmed, super soft and she smelled amazing. The entire experience at Love at First Bark exceeded our expectations.Thank you, Sam and Noah, for your outstanding work and for making our dog's first grooming experience a truly memorable one. My first experience with Love at First Bark was because of a bur experience my puppy needed after a walk.I wasn't able to get an appointment with my regular groomer so was referred here.They were able to get Tessa in the next day.Sam done an amazing job. I got my dog groomed by Sam and she did a fantastic job. Shes very kind and gentle and shows her passion for what she does. She is very welcoming and I will go back for my next groom she is very personable, and builds a connection with the owner and animals.
