HelloI am very disappointed with my experience.I read on the website that you buy tea cups, crystal, Royal Dalton's and many different items. I sent multiple pictures of a great deal of crystal, several Royal Daltons and a complete none touched 8 place dinner setting of Classic White Rosenthal. I got a message that you don’t deal with my items? Confusing when the website states exactly the same items I was seeking assistance with.Very confusing and disappointing.

I had a great experience with TD Traders. They made a confusing unknown process easy and smooth, along with a friendly attitude throughout the whole thing. Very knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything I didnt know (and I didn't know much). I'd recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again if necessary. Thanks again!

90% positive. Very professional. Easy to arrange appointment. Arrived on time with scales and cash. Price for silver was only slightly discounted from market price - fair enough. Only complaint was the failure to disclose all weights and details of value calculations.
