Beware of fake sales! I stopped in here a week ago and found a pair of shoes I wanted that were $89 (regular price) but I was between paydays, so I decided to come back and grab them after I got paid. When I arrived, I was greeted by a bunch of signage pointing out that the shoes were on sale for 20% off, however the ones I had just looked at last week were now $109. How can you call it a sale when you jack up the regular price almost 19% before putting them on sale for 20% off? In the end I already spent the time and gas so I still bought the shoes but I will never be back here.

Coming to this store for kids back to school shopping most of the times kids need to use washrooms but this store has no washroom asked from one of the employee she said no washroom go to Wallmart across the road or the Mc Donald’s that is far from this store and across the road .If someone is giving business to this store then why go for washroom services in Wallmart or McDonald’s ?

I visited The Shoe Company to quickly pick up a pair of shoes. I Was in a rush and knowing exactly what I wanted, managed to be in and out within 10 minutes. The prices were competitive and the selection ample. I would be happy to shop here again if not for an issue I had when paying. The clerk asked for my name and email address. I normally don't give this out as I don't need more unsolicited emails clogging my inbox. I was assured it was simply a was to process returns. I thought this odd but believed the clerk and handed over my information. The next day I received two emails from The Shoe Company. I un-subscribed but received a third one the following day asking to complete a survey with regards to my experience in the shop. I un-subscribed again. I know this is a minor inconvenience and perhaps even a mistake by the clerk but there are way too many shoe stores out there for me to bother with this one again.

There are lots of nice shoes to shop with nice discounts too

I had to pop into the store today to exchange a pair of shoes I had received as a gift (they did not fit), and it was a completely painless and pleasant process. The staff accepted the shoes and transferred the value into store credit which I then used to purchase a pair that does fit. While processing the transaction, they patiently listened to my 4-year-old tell them all about how much he loves Marceline the Vampire Queen from 'Adventure Time'. When we got back to our van, my son said, Those ladies were very nice

Was a disappointing experience. When we got there, another vehicle was also waiting. Then a lady who was walking came also. I googled to see when they opened. Was just a few minutes. That went by plus another 5. Googled again to get the phone number. Called and they said they were having technical difficulties and didn't know when they'd be open. A SIGN ON THE DOOR would have been nice. Instead of letting people sit and wait.

Good customer service but very limited selection and stock. If youre a common size likely wont be in stock.

Great shoes, great prices. But they always close before you get there!!!!! Be on time!!

Came in to buy some sandals for a vacation, they had none. I understand it's it of season, but if you specialize in footwear, I would expect sandals to still have stock.
