I found myself in a difficult situation, but Lyle helped us get a mortgage! We had put a bid on a house we loved, yet the big banks were not lending to anyone. We assumed we would get funding before even placing our bid because of our finances, so we had put a 10k deposit with our bid to show the seller we were serious bidders. However, due to Covid-19, the banks restricted their mortgage hand outs early 2020. I was terrified I would loose my 10k deposit because I had no luck anywhere. Even though we had a big downpayment, no bank would sign us a mortgage, and we only had a short time before the house had to be closed on. A friend had recommended Lyle Johnson to me so I contacted him and he was fabulous. He almost always picked up his phone, calmed our worries, was very knowledgeable about anything having to do with buying a home, and he quickly got us a mortgage, even at a fabulous rate. If I ever have trouble again buying a home in the future, I will definitely use Lyle Johnson again. Absolutely a pleasure to use him. He is also very friendly and professional, which is a huge plus. I honestly have no complaints, he went above and beyond for us. Thank you Lyle for helping us purchase our first home!
