Anytime I have a question about services i am greeted with the most amazing attitudes. This team knows their stuff! Kyle is always quick at getting me what I need! The manager Brittney is always so curious and sweet! Phenix and Jasper keep conversations to make the time pass if the team ever has to call their retail support and deals with them for me! I appreciate this team!

Was just in for a device upgrade and it was such a great experience. Sydney was awesome to deal with, she hooked me up with a sweet plan and an awesome accessories. We talked about cats and tattoos(my favorite topics) She was so friendly and it made getting an upgrade even sweeter. Thank you so much! :)

The service we received from Kyle, Brittney and Phoenix was absolutely exceptional. There wasn’t one question they couldn’t answer and no task was denied. Believe me we had a few. LolThe atmosphere was a very positive one, which made us feel very relaxed.It took two days to complete all the transfers etc etc. due to the age and makes of our phones. This is the worst provider ive ever experienced ever i never get bills that are the price of my plan they are allways more they will not send paper billing i was upgraded to a bigger data plan because i was a very important and loyal customer and was charged $20 to do so they have spotty reception where im currently at ive been with just about all of them and virgin is the most inconsistant ive ever had its like spin the wheel and see what your bill is going to be this time i cant believe a 4 star rating
