Garbage vehicle for local weather/climateHidden bs concession fee, told me to return at 3/4 tank but when I brought it back they changed to 7/8 of tank. Charged twice the quoted fuel surcharge.

Friend rented a vehicle for our stay in Prince George. The vehicle was not equipped for winter weather, and was extremely unsafe to drive in the snowy conditions of the town.My friend was charged with hidden fees, additionally charged twice the quoted price for fuel refilling.Not only did they give us an unsafe vehicle, but they gave us an expensive, unsafe vehicle.
