Honda Woodstock

Probably the best experience I ever had at a dealership - I don’t live in the area and got a flat tire and no where in the area carried my size of tires except Honda. I was able to call and ask if they had any available for me to purchase and they quickly checked and said yes! They were also able to fit me in to replace my tire, do an alignment check and note of any issues I may want to look into but didn’t pressure me whatsoever to get it completed by them.Additionally, as I was out in the area for work I had a ton of meetings I needed to attend and Rob, the service manager, was so caring and helpful! He went above and beyond and offered me an empty office so I could complete my meetings and gave me regular updates as to how the car was coming along. The entire team there was incredibly kind and friendly and I cannot express my gratitude to Rob and the team for helping me out when I would’ve been stranded otherwise.10/10 people & 10/10 service!!!!

I was servicing my car there. Gone way down hill since new owners took over.Promoted a smarmy person to run service department. Many good staff seem to have left the dealership.The final straw was being solicited to give a good review to Honda Canada about the service.That after getting non-apologies and being lied to. (We didn't order all the parts we needed but that isn't our fault - oh yeah… the one part can't be installed without the other… but there was no possible way they could foresee it). (There isn't a single rental vehicle left in town… we checked everyone.) Hmm, a quick call told me there were definitely vehicles available to rent. Which meant I had to wait a couple more hours that day, then come back and wait another 4… not to mention my travel for an hour each way each time).

Excellent customer service at the service department. Also, Jeff from the sales department is an amazing gentleman who is very patient and answers all questions in very detailed answers and no pressure tactics. Thank you for a very good job.

Honda Woodstock has been the most amazing dealership I have ever gone to. I have purchased 2 vehicles here on separate occasions and service it here faithfully. I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my vehicle like the crew from Honda Woodstock!The service team will always go that little bit extra if needed offering me shuttle service or loaner vehicles! Whether its Colin, Janet or the Service Manager Rob I always feel welcomed and taken care of!Keep up the great work team and I will see you at my next service!

My family is giving Honda Woodstock 10 plus stars. It was a Saturday we were on our way to a very important event when our car suddenly had a door issue, all dealerships we went to were either closed on that day or no mechanics available. Our last hope was Honda Woodstock and they went beyond extra mile having the door fixed. We are forever grateful to Honda Woodstock! Great experience having my car serviced! The service advisor was great she informed me what my car needed and what the costs are. They aren’t pushy and considerate with your time it’s a priority for them to get you on your way in a timely fashion. Fantastic job thank you!! :)

Each and everyone at the location was extremely helpful and sweet to us. I think I have experienced one of the best customer service here in Canada. Special shoutout to Geoff and Ian who helped us in the sale and finance. Extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Would highly recommend everyone.

The service department is exceptional. I've been to many Honda dealerships and I can easily say this location has some of the best customer service. They were very friendly, professional, and patiently answered any questions I had regarding my vehicle service. Communication and pricing were transparent.

Got my service done on 12th December. The staff was helpful in both drop off and pickup. They did a quick check, and also mentioned if there might be any more charges before hand. They also had my requests fulfilled during the service. If you want your car serviced, have no more doubts. They just don't have any new cars available, and the waiting period is almost more than 3 months.

I had new brakes installed September 2021 and after just 30k they failed and need to be replaced. Before the service center informed me of this, they completed 400$ of preventative maintenance type work that I would not have authorized had I known 1000$ of brake work was required. I felt that a significant amount of the cost should be handled by Honda as 30k is not an acceptable service life for brakes completed with genuine Honda parts installed at the dealer. After a discussion with the service manager this did not occur. You guys really missed the mark on this one. Stand behind your product, stand behind your service. I was a customer for many years with two Honda vehicles.
