I had a very pleasant, stress-free experience buying my new car at Westowne Mazda. Brandon Nadeau helped me and he was wonderful to work with through the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and patient and made it easier for me to decide on the model and trim that worked best for me. Kept me updated during the time it took for the factory order to come in and was super helpful when I picked up my new car today. Jonny had the paperwork ready and everything was perfect, no surprises. Highly recommend.

Bought a 9 year old used Toyota Sienna from Westowne Mazda. The van had an issue with the front suspension in the first week of ownership. The GM contacted me personally, arranged pickup at my house two hours away, left me a loaner, totally fixed the van and brought it back to me washed as well. Wow!! Would not hesitate to shop for a car here new or used. Also had a great experience with salesman David D.

I visited the service area last Friday after booking my car in for an oil change. I dropped off the keys with at 2.30pm and told the advisor that I had to be out of the store at 5pm. At around 3.15pm I was made aware that the techs had taken lunch and that they were running behind (not sure why I needed to know the techs had taken lunch). At around 4.25pm I was told that my car had not been touched and was offered a loaner vehicle or to come back on Saturday as they had on opening. I immediately asked for my keys and left the dealership.It has nearly been a week and nobody has reached out, also I have tried calling the store to discuss with the service manager but no answer. I have since visited another Mazda store and had my maintenance done. Very disappointed as this is the nearest store to my house and with my lease coming up in September it would have been the store I would have visited to renew it.

I found Westowne Mazda online when looking for a 2022 Mazda3 and found them to be straight forward and easy to communicate with and we were able to sign an offer sheet online, but due to inventory issues I ended up getting a 2023 model. They did honour the 2022 deal which included the $250 Mazda rebate, but having said that, there was no negotiating the MSRP, but there was also no ridiculous so called ‘Market Adjustment’ price increase that some dealers are charging. Overall there was no pressure and no surprises when I picked up the new car, so I was pleased with the experience, and would recommend them.

I don't recommend this place and I'll never come again. Last week, I booked for a diagnostic that was supposed to be 1 hour long but when I came to my appointment, I spoke to Anna who told me that the diagnostic would last for 2 hours even though the person who I talked to book the appointment told me it would be 1 hour. I did not agree with that and I didn't have the time to wait for 2 hours. She didn't say anything or say sorry to me and ignored me which was pretty bad attitude. How can someone like that work in customer service? I waisted my time to go there and she and no one apologized to me for the sudden change. Good luck guys with keeping customers with customer service like that.

In this case I am returning to Canada and he was great at getting all the details sorted re foreign licenses and registration. Appreciated his direct approach re car options, history and giving you the space to make up your mind. A great choice when working with a sales person to get the right car.

I had the best experience at Westowne Mazda. I felt like I was treated like family from the moment I walked in. Shahzad was extremely informative when it came down to picking a style. He also worked with me and got me the best bang for my buck. When I picked up my Mazda CX9 he spent time with me to help me set up all the features and answered all my questions (other places when I picked up new vehicles, they would just rush me out and not take the time to explain anything)I had such a great experience, and I am looking forward to servicing my car and seeing the team again!Thank you Robert, Shahzad and Nicole! You guys were all fantastic.

I had a great experience here. I bought my first car which was a 2014 Mazda 3. David was super helpful and was very honest. He made the process very smooth and he was really easy to work with. Jonathan was also super helpful too. I had no issues at all with communication. I would really recommend shopping here for a car!

I have a very positive experience with Westowne Mazda. First, my advisor Victoria was very prompt and knowledgeable. My car battery was dead and the EBS breaking system was on so no towing company can move it to get in to the dealership. Mazda tech came to my house and fixed the problem. I drove the car to them the next day for a full inspection. All these process was smooth and efficient. Victoria called and followed up with me to make sure everything was dealt with. I am so pleased with the service at this dealership.

I just picked up my 2019 Mazda3 from Westowne Mazda and can't say enough good things about the experience. Brandon Nadeau and the staff were more than helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I not only got what I wanted but also what I needed. The two original key fobs were in rough shape, one totalled and the other missing a button. We originally agreed to replace one and live with a missing button on the other. When I picked up the car, two new key fobs, no extra charge! All other items on the list were also fulfilled and the car ready on time. The price was not only fair but better than other Mazda dealerships. Will be back when it’s my children’s time to get their own cars. Thanks Westowne Mazda!
