They came promptly to pick up a poor male rabbit whos leg was literally hanging by a thread...we called wildlife control and they told us 2 call a rehabilitation centre 4 injuries wild animals. ..I do pray he's okay

The Wild Life rescue isn't a rescue, expect the animal to be left broken or put down. Waste of time. And by the way they expect you to do most of the work, tracking it, other times bringing it to them. Thumbs way way way down.

We had a skunk living in our backyard so our landlord contacted this company for a trap - when the skunk was finally caught, he said he was finishing another job but he would be there soon and then didn’t show up for 6 hours, at which the skunk trap is sitting in direct sunlight on 25° day and didn’t answer his phoneEnded up calling an injured/distressed animal service about what to do and while we were on the phone with them, this company just let themselves into our backyard and grabbed the trap without even texting or calling us to let us know they were here.
