It was steps away from my project. Staff were friendly and informative. Restaurant had good pub food. Room was clean and comfortable. There is street noise but they supply ear plugs. Chromecast on the TV.

I have been to this hotel 3 times for business trip and every single time I had wonderful experience. They have clean rooms and friendly service. It’s all in wonderful location with lot of restaurants nearby. Best thing although breakfast is not free, they have vegan breakfast which is awesome.

I was overall not satisfied with the hotel and its services. The rooms were clean and spacious but the rooms are not soundproof at all and the streets below are very very noisy. Even during the night time. The pool was ice cold and when asked to heat it it was said maintenance is working on it and when we went down later it was still cold. The parking situation was not ideal and if we were late in coming back at night it was not guaranteed to find a parking spot. Overall I don’t think I will be visiting again.

We were very disappointed with service at 4 Points Sheraton Windsor. Up on checking in there is this guy who is at the front desk, his name is rajat or raja has very bad attitude.They never come clean the room, we found the shampoo is empty, we asked for shampoos and towels the young rude girl asked me to come dawn and take it.We had no clue what was going on with this hotel. I’m a travellerNever going to visit this hotel again.

The service was horrible. The staff lied at the front desk and had attitude. Only plus was the nice room and it was a good location. It does get loud at night though. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Four Points by Sheraton Windsor Downtown
Excellent location and nice room. Helpful staff. The parking situation was not ideal. The main problem was the very noisy hockey teams that were on every floor. Security did get them to quiet down, but it was quite late by that time and we had already been dealing with the noise for hours. My son was on rep teams for basketball and soccer when he was younger. Tournaments were always fun, but our teams respected the fact that there were other guests in the hotel.

Nicely renovated property, clean and well maintained was a welcome surprise. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was courteous and attentive. Stayed one night to attend a concert across border in Detroit, wasnt disappointed. Walking distance to bus terminal, car tunnel entrance is right beside the hotel.Lots of restaurants, clubs and bars in the area. Will stay again.

I want to call out the outstanding service that we got from the hotel Sales staff. My son was staying at the hotel during his 17th birthday. I called the hotel and asked if they can arrange a nice treat for him to celebrate, as he was visiting Windsor with his swim team on his birthday. The hotel staff, both the front desk and specifically a lady from the Sales department, Sylvie, took the challenge and arranged balloons, b-day card and a cake delivered to his room. I cannot express enough my gratitude for the team for helping my son celebrating his birthday, while he's away from home.

Four Points by Sheraton Windsor Downtown
A nice hotel in the heart of the city, but it can be a bit noisy because of the location. Parking is tight, with one way in and out traffic lights. It was challenging to get a spot during the evening. The alternative public parking across the street can be inconvenient especially in poor weather.
