Some Wendy's are still quality. This isn't one of them. Long waits for rude service and old food being served as new.Beaumont's not very big and has a lot of competing food establishments. You'd be wise to put your money in one of the good ones so we don't lose them to these shoddy big brands.

Horribly slow service, only two people in front of me and it still tool almost 10 minutes for them to take my order, the supervisor working the drive through isn't helping anybody when he's not busy. Absolute worst Wendy's experience I've ever had.

Just had Wendy’s in Beaumont and tonight the food was on point! Burger cooked perfectly a enough sauce that you could really enjoy! Chicken strips juicy and not dry. Great job Wendy’s keep up the good work!

I asked if they had any coupons and they had no problems providing them. The pop machine has different flavors, it is worth going into the counter and pouring your own drink.No issues. It's a good wendys location.

We have had poor service every time we have gone to this Wendy's location, We have given them the benefit of the doubt but no more. Slow service, frosty machine is always running on empty and then they only add a little each time. You get to watch them add a 1/4 of the bag while you are sitting at the window after paying. Not worth wasting your time.

I love Wendy's however, this location is extremely dirty and poorly kept. I have gone through the drive through several times and have been disappointed every time. Today I went in, after seeing how poorly kept it was and how discussing the bathrooms were. I walked out without ordering. I will not go back to this location.

I am sadly writing this location off my list until some customer service comes back….. this evening truly speaks to how I have noticed things every time I go there…I went in with my parents this evening, and this was their first time visiting this beautiful location….. we head to us the tablets to place our order, and one tablet always seems to be out of order… (go figure) the second one looked to be in working standards, but unfortunately, the software was not functioning, which now renders this, broken! (Excellent, looking great so far for first time visitors)….So I give up and decide to head to the counter to be helped, as there is 5 people working…. NOT ONE, FIVE!!!!! 2 of which didn’t seem to be doing anything!! Took about 5 mins before someone came to help us at the counter… we were the only ones inside!!!Once gentlemen came to help us, (he was very polite, keep in mind) he took our order of 3 chocolate Frostys…. We paid, and then waited another 15 - 20 mins for our frostys…. (Looking amazing again… insert slow clap here)Be it as it may, I think some form of structure towards priority is something to be looked at here… the last time prior to this instance, I stood at the counter for 7-10 mins waiting for someone to take my order, and no one helped me at all.. so I left …. speaks volumes!!

Sssssllllllloooooowwwww service. So slow I actually left to dairy queen instead and that says alot. I love Wendy's but not this location. Service needs attention. It must be the people working. Definitely the people working.

One pickle bandits!Bruh every time I come I get one singular pickle and one singular piece of everything else they skimp so hard.Also they are more expensive than other Wendy's.They also have reduced drink size compared to others.Employees are nice at the window but them kitchen people need to start giving me 2, 3… maybe even 4 dang pickles because this makes me sad.(I will admit the photos pickle is actually quite large but usually they are microscopic, some would even say…invisible like what they gonna lose for giving me 3 pickles?)

This Wendy's is way below standards, it's dirty inside and the service was amazingly slow for no reason. The staff very slowly made our food while chit chatting, it took them 7 minutes to produce 1 burger and 1 fries for us. No idea why as we were the only customers in the store and there were only a couple drive-thru cars. It wasn't busy; they just didn't give a heck about anything but chatting amongst themselves.
