The actuator on our medline alterra full electric bed was malfunctioning, I contact Medline Canada and Ashor Ojanes was really helpful in resolving the issue. The bed is fixed and used by a very appreciative patient. I was impressed by the excellent service given to resolve the problem and am grateful to Ashor for his assistance. Would definitely recommend their robust equipment to all. Keep up the good work with a clean heart!

Not impressed, I was referred to MedLine by an American manufacturer. After trying for hours to reach them via telephone, I managed to speak with someone. I enquired about the product and the person that I spoke with was unable to find it in her system. Instead of bringing the conversation to a respectful end she just hangs up. Not a company I’d be interested in dealing with in the future.

Would give Medline a 5 star rating.i purchased an Empower rollator from a Canadian tire before Christmas and it broke last Wednesday I called Ashor Ojanes in the quality Assurance Department and an incident report was created. By Monday I had an email saying there was a replacement being sent out and i received it today..Im a 33 year old with Cerebral palsy so ive used alot of walkers in my day. Absolutely nothing compares to this walker. ...I would highly recommend it.Thank you Medline and Ashor Ojanes you guys are outstanding

They advertise serving Canada but good luck with that. No way to register Canadian address online and bounced between three agents who tried to send me back to each other. No accountability, does not want Canadian business.
